My friend has a VZW Galaxy Nexus and his Google Wallet application is forcing him to update, but when he tries to, he can't. Does anyone have a link to a working APK? He's on 4.2.1 Nexus Evolution with Franco Kernel.

Hey all.. since root/rom install I haven't been able to reinstall the Google music app. Market says its not available in Australia yet it was on my phone when I first purchased. Any ideas or links?

This worked for me when it didn't come with liquid smooth. Should be a link in (here) http://www.androidincanada.ca/news/google-play-music-4-1-513-download/

Sweet thanks! Worked a treat. I've been using liquid for a while now. How u finding it?

I thought the customization was great and it was snappy. But since my phone was like 7 days old I switched to unofficial CM9 I'll likely switch back soon though. I'm yet to settle for now.

Yeah true. Customization is great. I updated to v1.3 but its still a bit buggy. Back to 1.25 now. I haven't tried CM yet, from what I last saw its still missing a few basic functions.

Can anyone tell me how to get google wallet working on gsm version running paronoid android?
What kind of issues are you having?
You simply open the app, set a pin, and begin using Google Wallet.

Unsupported device is the issue I'm having.

It will say that if you're rooted. Wallet will still work.
Do we still need to worry about the security element when flashing ROMs and using Google Wallet or is this something of the past?

Any thoughts?
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
I've never worried about it personally. While not necessarily a crackflasher, I do tend to change roms frequently.

ive flashed roms and forgot about clearing google wallet and it has worked fine with me i actually just reinstalled it and still no issues
So this means that we probably shouldn't worry about this anymore.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
yes i dont believe you should worry about it too much
Thanks

I flashed ROMs and then just installed Wallet from the store. No issues. It just gives me "Unsupported Device" warning, but that's because it is rooted. It works fine otherwise.
Hello there are few days not that google has released the latest version of google play. does anyone know how i can force my device to download it? i don't want to install apk files that are not available in the internet

I got the update a few days ago. It's not a leak.
Its not leaked its already being pushed officially has been for the last week, get the apk directly from android police site if you haven't received the update yet, just google search it, google play store 4.0.25 is the latest.

Elaborate a lil why you think that. I kinda like the new Play Store
Thanks

You guys didn't read the op. He said that he does not want to install from APK. So its not rolling out to GNex... Only for newer phones... Therefore its a leak.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
I don't think that's necessarily true as it pushed to my GNex before my Nexus 4 or 7.
Sent from my Nexus 4
It was pushed to my gnex today

Got Pushed To My GNex Today Also
Today I just received mine

can you please write also and your countries?
What's wrong with installing the apk if you don't mind me asking, is something magical going to happen with getting it pushed rather than using the apk from android police.

Absolutely nothing at all. It's 100% safe to install the apk for the Play Store from AP. It's where a majority of us get/install it from. :good:
Can anyone port ANote to the Nexus 7, need a really nice note taking app.

ANote that comes with Note 8 or Note 2

Bump
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda app-developers app
It's part of the touchwiz framework, so realistically not possible. Stop bumping your own thread.

Its on iTunes so way couldn't it be ported to other tablets?

I backed it up in ROM Toolbox pro on my Note 2 and sent the backup to Dropbox and installed it on my Nexus 7. The app could use some resolution tweaking with Xposed but I haven't tried that yet. Other than that it was working fine on the Nexus.
ANote HD is not a touchwiz app, it's available in the playstore. Maybe try the allow all apps in playstore Xposed module.
2013 N7 Kang Banged!
I found the app online but it works for a little but then force closes. Also the writing is small and hard to read and type.

Does not work properly. I took it out of my Jedi X17 rom and side loaded it and it does not work properly. You can dl the Jedi X17 rom in the T-Mobile Note 2 forum and try it yourself.
i tried this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=45220968#post45220968 but the screen resolution will not be used, everything is small then.
