I have the second one. It's not that good. The raised lens of the s3 make it nearly impossible to mount the ring for the lens. I customized a case for it.

Can anyone comment on the Bubblescope? Looks interesting.
They seems interesting.
That looks interesting, my friend has one and his works pretty good. I mean I've tried it but it just feels weird. But it does work.

Screen
Hard to tell from your video, does it have any lip to lift the screen off of a table if it is set down on the face? I think I can see one, but you mention that it won't protect the phone at all if it is dropped on the screen, which tells me that it doesn't stick out at all.

No it doesn't have any lip to protect the screen, a nice feeling case but not one for protection.

Yes there is. It's not big lip but just enough to raise the phone that the screen doesn't touch the table when placed face down. And I think this provides protection to most vulnerable parts of the phone: corners.

Yes it does. I think it's stupid. And there's no real use for it either: With a coin in it's place, it's not something i'd call very stable, so i rather keep the phone in my hand or have it leaning against something. And the looks could be more like in the s2s version. Other than that, i think it's a great case and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a minimal case that doesn't add to much bulk.
P.S. Just got the official slim case today (yes, the twin pack), so we'll see which one do i prefer...

I should have a replica mesh case soon which doesn't have the coin slot. Think if the quality is good it should be a wicked case.

Here are some new pics. Yes it has 4 on the back when you press the on/off switch they only stay on briefly- which is good as who really wants lights on all the time and of course when you are charging it they are on. Looks really nice with the Matte finish, really happy with it.

Thinking about it that's actually blinkfeed shown there.....
Can you guys tell me how the hell does it work? I have a friend with the S4 using this case and once the screen is covered with the case and somone calls him u'll see the swipe to answer up there at the "window"! But if you uncover the screen it will show normally!
Is it a firmware thing samsung planned?
Has anyone's case arrived yet. Really digging that design but if blinkfeed has to be on to see it I'll pass.
There can only be one, the chosen ONE.
Won't work.
1. S4 has magnets (like iPad) which recognize the case. The one does not have em
2. Samsung has amoled which, as some here know, can turn on some pixels while the rest are off.
LCD however, can only have all of them turned on or off, so not only a few on while the rest are off, which means it'll drain the hell out of your battery if you keep it on.

well if you'll push the power button you will see through the window?
yes, but you'll only see the status bar, not like on the pic. On the lockscreen the clock is at the bottom..
Also, when receiving a call the answer/receive buttons won't be relocated like on the S4.

If you use pattern lock screen, you can see the clock like on pictures. Otherwise, thom109 said, when you get the call, answer button won't relocated. You have to open the cover.
Mine has arrived half an hour ago. I got the blue one and love it! Looks really good. It adds little bulk though but I keep dropping my phone in those days and I think I am gonna stick with this case

Yes, I really like it so far. You can use as a stand as you know. It looks, feels really protective also. Nice texture. I love the blue color.
Also, I have contacted to seller on Ebay about grey color. He said, he will contact to factory and once it is available, he will let me know. I believe grey matches better with our phone.

Is there a flimsy film on the camera lens that needs to be peeled off like on the S4? I can't quite tell and don't want to mess up the camera, but it looks that way...

I honestly still can't tell if there is a film on it still. The rep did take off all the plastic. The lens glass feels smooth when I run my finger over it so it looks like there is just a ring that is not plastic. When I got my s4 I didn't realize it had a plastic cover on the camera for a few days. Loving this phone coming from the s4 except not sure the camera is as good overall.
I doubt there is still a protector on it if you haven't found it yet.
Such is life

Hey,
I'm not a 100% sure but it could be a 1:1 size clone...
If you'll take a good look at the camera lens and compare it with the galaxy s4 you'll notice youre camera lens is slightly smaller than the cam lens of a s4.
Could you post a pic of the inside without the battery and one only from the battery...

Why is that a giveaway.. I always buy extra batteries and external chargers for my phones and sell them with it... that is one of the major benefits over iPhone... may as well take advantage of it.
