Still thanks for ur reply and hope so some one will defiantly have some change logs with them.
Just the build date is newer but not change list (still same as dll7) and a newer build name. So it is expected to have something new.

No one knows at this time.
But you can be sure there will be links to the rom file asap. Courtesy of XDA members.

I` am sure we will get 4.2, it is not a major update. Even the Note 1 gets Jellybean after a year. Samsung isn`t LG fortunately
Sammobile just leaked a new jb firmware for gt n7000...in that post they say that jb 4.2 is planned for Q1 2013 release...for s3 n note 2...

(First post by the way! And yes I read the rules and watched the noob video lol. I looked all over the site and didn't see a link for a stock jelly bean. Though I def book marked the phone thread which I see CWM AND TWRP files)

Note 1 also got JB update for some countries and ics for all.

Isn't i717 is Samsung Note (1st generation) not Samsung Note 2 (i317).

I717 is not a note 2 its a note 1..
Perhaps you might have an i317? If this is the case, there are severals threads in this sections about this. Here is one I fou d in just 3 seconds

No its not. S2 is I9100 and S3 is I9300. They both start with GT. So does S4. Of course its not code for trend

They "assume"?.. Where did you find this? The s3 neo will have enough power for atleast 3 more google os's. If thats true , samsung is just lazy. S3 can run it good.
NVM source is samsung.
But France comfirmed that we will get it for the s3 neo. Can somebody ask Samsung France about this?
And note 2 is getting lollipop...

that is not real samsung just lazy to update our device as i said yesterday when i msg to samsung mobile france he/she reply it positively he totally confirm that our device will get lollipop soon
it's not still sure for this because they are not Samsung Official so we don't actually know if it will or if it won't so we should wait.
