Yes unfortunately we only have one 4.3 ROM for our toro+ and it is completely stock.

Yes I tried flashing both separately... The center clock mod gave me a system UI fc and the all in one took away my status bar and navbar

maybe there's a problem with animation framework, bacause xml changes are in anim framework and systemui
you should revert changes in framework-res.apk flashing the original one... download your rom and extract it and make a flashable zip

Instructions
1. wipe data (if coming from ANY other rom)
2. wipe cache
3. flash ROM
4. flash GApps
5. let phone sit for a few minutes once booted to settle (a lot is done on first boot)
Keep in mind that the first boot can take up to 10 minutes and may seem to hang on either the Google logo or the Boot Animation. Just give it time, it will boot.

It looks like AOSP. A user did post some screens of the settings on Google+ if you want to see.

One of best ROM i saw . Very fast and smooth . But no GPS lock (neither GPS search.... It seems like gnex have not GPS hardware :/)

This rom and replace with ASKP kernel from cmtal = super battery saver and much smoother.

Portal keeps crashing when I go to download it.

Portal can be found in my SIG click other files at dev host.

Might want to note that it requires Xposed and another module installed to get Multiview to work.

Can't get it to work.
I have flashed this rom 3 times with clean install and the first screen I get is to allow PIE superuser access. I press allow and then get message PIE has to close.Then I get no launcher, keyboard closes,no play store.After I reboot it gets stuck on android is upgrading,starting apps. Any suggestions.

I fixed it by flashing ROM and rebooting then gapps. Hope it helps
