If you ware in stock kernel before when you have backup , you can't that easly to restore the backup becoz your custom rom have already custom kernel . You have to go back with odin 1st and than you can do restore your backup

Yes, but for Savie's kernel you must mount /system before flashing.

What rom do you use? You should download the gapps provided from your rom. And then flash it

You don't have to, you can just go in recovery and flash the new ROM if its the same Kernel.. I think!

This frequently happens in ics roms..
Try replacing Bluetooth.apk from stock ics with correct permissions...
If not try clearing cache and dalvik cache..
Or else reinstall the Rom...
These are the only solutions I fund when I had the problem...

Sorry, I don't know what you mean now
No he flashed D-Kernel. I would guess that that problem is caused of you outdated stock rom you have mb2 right? That was the first JB leak with many bugs etc. I prefer you to flash a newer stock rom for exemple MG2 or MF1 they are more stable and have fewer bugs.

Yes, I flashed D-kernel and then phone started to be slow and touchscreen stoped working. Then i tryed to flash it again with rom mb2 but it didn't help. Now i tryed it with mg1 and it didn't help again. I also tryed flash these kernels: Kernel_XXMF1.tar Kernel_XXMC8.tar
So, I'll try roms what you told me. Thanks for advice. BTW: Where i can find them please?
