Same here.. reflash cm10 and delete this was my only option!

If you add the line:
qemu.hw.mainkeys=1
At the end of your build.prop then reboot NavBar will disappear.
Like this (23/10 cm10 /system/build.prop edited example,make sure that you conserve an empty line at the end of the build.prop):

Official JB Domination that support JKay is outdate now. 1.6 base on Jkay 19.7. I mod it to to compatible with latest 14.92 + JKay AOSP.

Impossible to use 2 layout in base rom CM10.1 and up. I had try it, because of smali codes from swipe gesture to change layout doesnt work for it.
But, if you want statusbar like flymeUI (whitout 2 layout & greper) i can make it for you
