I use briefcases with padded compartments for laptops that are too large to provide a lot of protection for my note so I've been looking at protectve sleeves. Recently, I picked up a Vangoddy padded case for the note while they were on sale. It is extremely well-made and provides a lot of padding for protection while providing two zippered front compartments and one good-sized back compartment with a velcro closure. It also has a removable shoulder strap if you want to carry it solo. I'm able to pack my keyboard, battery-powered wireless hub and cords in this case. It mainly travels in one of my briefcases, but I've also used it with the shoulder strap to safely take my note out with me on the weekends. And yes, as you can see, I like red.

I picked one of these up last week and it's fantastic. I was never a fan of leather cases that clamp on or wrap around the front of your device.
This leaves the Fire "naked" inside the case by using an adhesive pad like in some of the more expensive cases I've seen for the iPad. Removing/replacing the Kindle on the pad is pretty simple, but it doesn't feel like the Fire is going anywhere. Stitching is well done (another pet peeve of mine), and the magnetic latch seems decent.
I'm too lazy to take my own pic, so here you go (more at the link):

Edited original to reflect price drop/cheaper location.
I've had this case for over a month now, and I'm still well pleased with it. Durable, and the adhesive seems to still stick/unstick really well.
So yesterday i got my "Amzer® Shellster™ with Kickstand" for my GT-I9300
Case looks and feel extremely sturdy. It is perfect for S3 providing the the protection of a shell case and the power of a clip stand holster.
The protective shell features an integrated kickstand, this is absolutely perfect for watching videos/movies. Best thing is the 180º swiveling belt clip which doubles as an adjustable clip stand also.
The case itself has cut out for volume button, power button ,speaker, camera headset socket and the USB socket. It feels extremely lightweight.
I got it for Rs 808 {14$} but the price seems to have increased Rs 1,199 now
More you can easily make out from the pictures.

I ordered this case without trying it out. The dimensions said that the G-Pad will fit with 1mm to spare on top and bottom. When I got it, the tablet did not fit quite as well as I expected - I could stuff it in there against the foam liner and close the case, but it required some effort and did not feel like the seal would work well.
I decided to modify the case with a Dremel.
You can see the results in the photos below - it doesn't look pretty, but it fits the tablet very well. There is a relatively thin amount of padding on the top and bottom, but it is still decent, and the tablet should not sustain any damage if it falls, in my opinion. There is still some space on the left/right, so it moves a bit, but there is a good amount of padding so I'm not too worried about it.
Overall, if you're looking for a tough/waterproof case, this is a great option if you don't mind 5 minutes of work to make it fit. This mod can also be done with a box cutter if you don't have a Dremel.
Hi to all, so my old galaxy nexus(gnex) car dock was sitting idle for too long. I decided to use it with my nexus 5(n5). What I did was I bought a N5 case and I took the gnex car dock case and traced the hole that was used to push out the phone. I took my dremel and cut out the traced hole from my N5 case. I then cut out a majority of the plastic from the gnex car dock case, I cut out pretty much everything except the Samsung door that pops out to reveal ball and bolt that hold the case to the car mount. I took some epoxy and bonded the case and Samsung door together. I took a some photos and I know the craftsmenship is not the finest but it holds nicley so I can't complain

$30 on Amazon.
Fits well and allot thinner than the Otterbox. Aslo it covers the whole front where the fingerprint reader is.

Bought the transparent one for my golden Razr 2019.
Fits and holds perfectely to the phone. It gives an almost perfect protection to the phone, only the back of the hinge is left unprotected when the phone is closed (beside applying a thin plastic protecting layer, nothing else really possible here).
Only bad thing is the shipping cost to europe: almost $ 20.- for a very long shipping of a little more than 2 weeks... So almost $ 50.- for this cover, huu! But certainly the best you can find. Its some kind of hard silicon/TPU, a little soft but not too much, so that it can hold tight to the sides of the phone, and the lower part also covers the front, only leaving the fingerprint reader uncovered. Hopefully it won't get yellow with the time.
Beautiful! really elegant, thanks for sharing
