Since i done a bit of research and dug around a bit on xda i finally came up with a thread that shows me how to get it working. And it actually does and i for one find it amazing.
What you get is with Google Music you get to have a 20,000 song space over the air firstly. That is awesome. You can play music offline or while you out and about and that frees space on your phone. More details regarding Google music you can get it here
Now on with the tutorial:
1) First download hotspot shield from here
2) Once you downloaded then install it on your pc. Once you install then start it up. I suggest to use either Firefox or Google Chrome.
3) What hotspot shield does it basically does is to use your browser as a VPN. That gives the impression that you are in America for example and you can download google music. Think of it as market enabler that you use on your phone for apps that are only available in the US or other countries.
4) Once hotspot shield is installed run this and the "shield" will go from red to green. This means it's running.
5) Then go to play.google.com and then to shop->shop music and register or login with your gmail address.
6) Download and install google music manager and exit hotspot shield.
7) Once done enjoy your music on any phone. For android just download the apk given in the OP.
So there you go...a very nearly full functional use of google music....let me know what you think and if it's helped you out. Feel free to share the guide if you like. Just make sure you ask me first and give link of my thread to yours. Once you finished all the setup and everything else with your account, no need no longer need to use hotspot so you can uninstall it from your pc
Thanks to truthlesshero for his guide that helped me get me started.
Google Music Manager download from here for MAC
For Windows it is here
And if this guide has helped you out do not forget to hit that thanks button
Doesn't work.. asks me to "Add a new payment method", if I click Cancel or the X in the top right, it doesn't proceed and doesn't setup my Music Library and cannot upload music, and it doesn't actually get the Free song I chose.
I think they have worked out this method and are now asking for a USA credit card to confirm you are a USA citizen, even tho they do not charge your card.
Bummer..
I just used a free VNC, like TunnelBear, and created my account through web browser.
I have an account with http://uktvproxy.co.uk/ for watching SKY UK as I live abroad now. I signed upto to Google music a few months ago, put all my collection online and the best thing is that it works just fine on my mobile without having to be logged into a proxy.
It's a good service, but for me, on my other phones there has been about a 3-5 second delay in between changing songs - that feels like an eternity to me. Not sure how to improve the speed.
If it ever gets like spotify, where the music starts/changes almost instantly, then I'd use it more often.
I have no issues when using on my pc though.

Here is an easier step by step method to register to Google Music outside US. (you can use is without any proxy after you are done)

that requires you to download the tor browser and although it sounds easier i can sure it does not.
look all you do is download hotspot shield. then install and start it up. get firefox up and running and then just go into google music and follow the steps...piece of cake..once you setup your account with google music and set up everything on pc which it takes five minutes, then all you got to do is just start listening to music. and every time you go on google music on your pc just make sure you sign in with your email account that you set up the google music with..and then you can uninstall hotspot shield
not working for me either. I'm using Tor browser, if i browse to whatismycountry.com it tells me i'm in the USA, so the proxy is working. But when i go to music.google.com and log in i get the following message:
We're sorry. The Google Play music player is currently only available in the United States.
when I go to play.google.com i do get the option to enter the music store, but then when i try to add a free song it tells me to add a new payment method...
Then when i fill out all of the fields (apparantly i live in the US, in Somecity, Alabama) it tells me my phone number is invalid.
Adding a random american phone number (i used games workshop's customer service phone number) works, and I can now "purchase" free songs.
Next issue, when i try to buy a free song i get the message "Oops, we could not determine if this item is compatible with your device. Please try again later."
No idea how to fix that, so I'm stuck for now. music.google.com still says unsupported, and no songs can be added.

are you downloading music manager firstly? and then you do know you can not buy songs..you can only access the free ones. honestly i got it working for me otherwise i would not be posting this...
Right guys try this for me please
install hotspot shield. Once installed run this and the "shield" will go from red to green. This means it's running. Then go to music.google.com and register or login with your gmail address. Download and install google music manager and exit hotspot shield. Start uploading your music. Once done enjoy your music on any phone.
For android just google google music.apk and install and for all other phone/tablet(including wp7 and iPhone/iPad) just go to music.google.com
Hope it helps someone now

its not downloading..i will upload the same version as yours then i found it on my pc..Uploaded..Just uploaded the new version in the OP now.
Hi guys, just to confirm that it is working.
Although i haven't tried it with hotspot shiled. At work we are using USA proxy so i just downloaded and registered at work, got the APK installed also and uploaded 8000+ songs when i went home (it took a looong time ) now i can listen all my songs from work, home, HOX, anywhere with internet access...
I tried the engadget method, didn't work. Would just hang at the final stage of registration.
Had no probs using a program called Hide My IP. It works with the free 14 day trial. Just set IP to a US one and register for google music.
http://www.hide-my-ip.com/
I think it's been mentioned that you can update the apk in the OP. I'm currently using v4.1.513, and don't even know if that's the latest.
This does work, I've been using google music for a few months now and I'm in the uk. Just drag and drop your music into the relevant pc folder and your phone will sync it.

Im unsure if they let the original instal went though or if my unblock-us was the thing that sorted it, either way im happy!!! really nice app that works seemlessly on all my android devices.
time to free up the music from my machines now and sync them though the cloud!!.
thanks again OP., btw i had now probs with the supplied apk, streaming working a-ok here

Sup peeps..
was wondering what people were using to pass files from computer to phone or vice versa... i know in windows its simple, but on mac, the phone doesn't seem to show..
I have problems with my Samsung phones with OS X, that is if they are rooted and Kies is installed. I have a 17" MBP and use an express slot 3/4 card reader to pop my microsd into a sd card and go from there.
I have found that an app called Airdroid (free) allows you to open a web browser and connect to your phone and have full access of it.
yeah, thing is, i wanted to use KIES but to be blunt, it is S**T, i've used kies wi-fi and its still slow as hell so im looking for an alternative
i was having issues with the SD card, which ever i used (tried about 4)
I searched online and nothing seemed to work, until i saw one which told me to insert the SD as quick as i could, becuase if stick in the SD slowly it won't read it, ODD as hell.... funnily enough it worked !!

Install Kies. After installing Kies, open, go to tools on the menu and select install drivers. Install drivers. You can then use Android File Transfer available form the market (download and install on your Mac.) When you connect your phone it will automatically open.
Cheers lads !!

was using this one but noticed you can't put the files directly in to the Ext SD... so do i have to drop it in a random file then move it from there onto the ext every time !?
Thumbs up for Airdroid here. I use it almost every time. 98% of the time at least. It's a fantastic, fast tool. If you're going to be copying gigs and gigs, then maybe over USB, but to copy over a movie or music or pictures, I use Airdroid.

will try it out bro, thanks for the suggestion

I want to be able to download and run application that are provided in both countries. I have tried Market Enabler, but without any success. Can someone suggest a solution to have access to both countries applications provided in google play store?
pm sent
Get a SIM card from both countries, use Wi-Fi. Done.
(Granted getting said cards may prove difficult at times, but this solution will continue to work; I don't think Google would want to block Play from people who happen to be traveling abroad.)

did you figure out how to do it?
Ever since I got my wifi only 32gb model I been having wifi connectivity issues and browsers like the standard one and Google Chrome say that I lost wifi connection but is not true as I have the puffin browser it works just fine. Even when I try to do a search on the standard browser and Google Chrome it tells me the site has moved or gives me another error. Not to mention when I tried to update some apps like the New York times it gave me an error 923. Anyone else experiencing this or knows how to fix it? I paid too much for this tablet to be having this many issues. Thanks.
UPDATE: After restoring and installing all my apps one by one I found my problem. The issues was with kaspersky tablet antivirus which for some reason is looking for a proxy when I use the default browsers like Google Chrome. I will be contacting the kaspersky because they cause a huge headache.

If you keep "Install from Unknown Sources" unchecked and let Google scan your apps on the rare occasions that you do, these kinds of programs really aren't needed and will just slow down your tablet.
(Now, if you grab games and pirate apps from non-Google sites and such, then yeah, but that's your own doing anyway).
Update: I figured out a solution -- see message #4 below
I'd really like to get Amazon's new Prime Music service working on my 8.9" Fire HD. However, I'm currently on 8.4.3, and I don't want to upgrade to 8.4.9 since some people have reported difficulty rooting it.
Has anyone done this? I suspect that if I could just get my hands on the new version of com.amazon.mp3 for the Fire HD, I could get it to work. However, the version at the Google Play store doesn't work with the Kindle Fire.
Before I spend hours trying to get this work, I wanted to ask if anyone has already traversed this rat hole.

I've also been wondering about this. Any luck getting it to work? Have you tried downloading the update from the Amazon website and taking the amazonmp3-unsigned.apk from there and putting it on the kindle? The update has a .bin extension but it's probably just a zip. I was able to open it in 7-zip and it looks an android update.zip file.

I did something similar: I got my hands on a Tate, updated it, and then pulled amazonmp3-unsigned.apk off of it. I uninstalled the existing system app on my Jem, verified that I couldn't go into music, and then installed the new APK.
Result: it doesn't provide Prime benefits, but does allow me to access the my non-Prime music. I don't know if that's because of some other necessary component, or because the new APK includes a check to see whether the Kindle has been rooted. I know that some of Amazon's Kindle software has incorporated such checks in the past.
I figured out a solution to get it working. I should have thought of it earlier.
I uninstalled the amazonmp3-unsigned.apk system app using ES File Explorer. I then used Google Play to install the new com.amazon.mp3 APK as a user app. Somehow I had gotten it stuck in my head that it would need to be a system app to work with the rest of the Kindle software. Duh.
It seems to work perfectly. I can access Prime music just fine, and it seamlessly connects to my Amazon account. The only downside is that the app from the Play store is designed for phones and locks the app into portrait mode, whereas the native Kindle version supports landscape. But, hey, that's a small price to pay.
Amazon is clearly checking to see if the tablet is still an unmodified Kindle Fire.
I tried loading Kindle Reader on a CM-upgraded KF, with no luck. Then, I used Build-Prop Editor to change the property 'name' to Asus, and the 'model' to Nexus 7. That's all it took for Kindle Reader (and my book account) to work properly.
Try that next time something 'Amazon' doesn't work as it should.
When you install using google play does that automatically install as a user app? I'm assuming so, but the fix isn't working for me. I am using 8.1.4 however.

Yes, the Play store will only install user apps. You uninstalled amazonmp3-unsigned.apk first?
Is the app not working at all, or not giving you access to Prime Music? I wonder if enough changed from 8.1.x to 8.4.x that the services for Amazon account authentication don't work.

Yeah, the first thing I did was just update the app using google play before I even read this thread. Weird thing is it opens and acts just like it should untampered. Landscape mode, automatically logged me in and all. But as soons as I try to access the library it shuts down. So I uninstalled back to stock amazon music using google play, uninstalled that system app using ES, and then installed fresh using google play. And it does the exact same thing. Landscape mode enabled, auto sign in. Acting like an amazon app.

I'd recommend that you uninstall again, and verify that the app is really uninstalled. I was able to get my tablet to a point where I had no MP3 player installed at all, and going to the Music tab from the Kindle launcher would result in an error. If you uninstall and still see this app, then there must still be a copy of the APK installed somewhere you're not seeing it.
I wish I could help with more details, but I no longer have the stock OS installed, and am now using Cyanogenmod. Prime Instant Video was the main reason I was keeping the stock OS, and now that's available for Android generally.
Yeah, after I uninstalled the app using ES but before installing a fresh copy, hitting music resulted in an error. ..and I didn't back up the original file. Lol. Not that I had any music there anyway. But yeah, I hear you on CM. I would be using that too, but it's my wife's main tablet and she likes the kindle lending library. Now if they put that on android, there would be essentially no reason to ever use the FireOs again.
