downoading now

downloading now woooooooooooooooooooooooow

Looks cool.I'll try.

At last..........
It was time....
After custonexus, jellybam and carbon, I was in search of PA settings.
Here you are !
Hope this first try is working, and DL now !!!!
Many thanks,
Franky

Is there or will there be an option to remove only the soft back, home, menu keys when using tablet mode and keep the navigation bar visible for the notifications and clock?
I tried to remove the soft keys when the jellybam 6.3.0, 6.4.0 was released but found no way as it was possible in ICS builds

Can take a look on the camera issue for ya if you want

gsm signal very low and this problem too

Advanced options make FC settings.
Can't save APN.
No APN so no data.
Same pb for others?
Franky

tbhi already switched back to icj, this rom wasnt working at all, wifi acts up, gsm signal was next to none and i live 100m from a reception tower, baseband was unknown,
worst screen tearing i ever seen (disable navbag in phablet mode and pull notifications down when in settings.apk)... not to mention just comparing the rom with aosp or icj will stun you how many hw drivers there is missing... i hope this gets fixed

Testing for stability is definitely required.

Just FYI - gcc graphite optimisations can lead to "strange" effects
I would use those only with care

guys stop blaming, if you want to help, then do it more professional. posts like #10 are absolutely not welcomed and not motivation for the developer. shame on you cometangel.
@xzzz9097, thanks for developing, looking forward for this rom.

flashed this morning, so:
3g and wifi signals are really bad ( known issue )
at the first boot wifi is not working ( a reboot fix this)
the device displays my home wifi with "excelent signal" but it doesn't connect
some screen glitches here and there, more visible if you use Exanded desktop.
The rom is quite stable and fast and i think these bugs are related to Graphite and -O3 optimization ( the camera FC too i think)
Anyway, great job! i'm waiting for the new release :good:

@everybody: to remove screen glitches, just enable developer settings and check "Disable Hardware Overlay" and "Force GPU Rendering". I always keep them enabled, so I didn't experienced any screen artifacts. Do anyone know how to make "Disable HW Overlay" persistent?

Thats no a property like some others but a call to surfaceflinger
So without changing the source you cant make is persistent AFAIK

why don't you try to compile one clean and see how it works (if is good maybe release it)
is just an idea, I'm not blaming you....good work anyway

shame on me? for being honest? ppl with bandwith limitation might have dl'ed it and they woulda been dissapointed, "working: everything except stock camera"... i just did both bandwith limited ppl and xzzz9097 a favour by reporting all the bugs, xzzz9097 has now uploaded a new version and im already testing it, as i said, i hope this gets fixed, because i admire that xzzz9097 put his effort to even port PA3.+ to the hox. please read my post right before you start bashing.
---------- Post added at 05:40 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:18 PM ----------
can confirm that the screen tearing is 99% fixed when you removed optimizations xzzz, its smooth as butter atm, but low reception/wifi issue still persists, and you only get screen tearing in few cases opening the camera app, wich isnt working either

These sound interesting, thanks for sharing your work here! Will give it a try
Edit: Just flashed it, Volume Hacks are really convenient to have in a rom, using the +8 option. I love the separate LED options for low battery. Looking forward to new builds I suppose notification bar toggles are on your todo list?
Nice one, testing this one out now
Looking good mate. Yet another ROM for my theme to support
Loving the MH settings,

I had a soft reboot today (framework fault, really a soft reboot) but everything works nice. Also battery life seems good, no bugs so far!
yeah let's test this
This is exactly what I was looking for, thanks!
I don't seem to have Google Music installed after flashing this? Is it not included? It's not possible to download from the market outside of the US.

Notice
Very important. Read all before posting questions!
1. This ROM is based on doixanh's personal ROM and continued in the same philosophy to keep it as lightweight as possible. You can report bugs in this thread and suggest additions, but understand we're not obligated to fix or include them. We'll fix what is needed, and we'll include what makes sense.
2. We are NOT responsible for any bugs caused by custom-made fixes/additions/tweaks. You use them at your own risk and responsibility!
3. Regarding the copyright branding at the bottom in Lockscreen: We will NOT remove them nor provide any option to disable them. Don't PM/Post to ask for the removal or nag otherwise.
4. If you have battery drain, try the following:
Clear battery stats in recovery.
Freeze unused services (like Email, DSP Manager, Maps). This is important.
Turn OFF 'Allow mock locations'.
Don't set brightness too high.
Don't install too many unused apps.
Turn OFF WiFi, 2G, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth when not in use.
Turn OFF LED Succession.
Reboot after you listen to music. Music service caused battery drain (in the past).
Generally, doixanh and me usually get 2-3 days out of a charge (give or take depending on usage).
5. If you still have battery drain after following Step 4, try:
Full wipe in recovery, re-install GingerDX.
Use Stock ROM for several days to see if the battery problem is caused by GingerDX or not.
If it doesn't drain, try installing one of your apps, test battery for a day, install another one, and test.
and so on...
That way you will know what's the cause of your battery drain.

So, GPS and location service bugs?
The ROM is amazing. DD
sry i confirmed that they are working xD
stupid from my side -.-'
What about battery life?
from last night till now i lost about 48 % of battery life, almost all the time wifi on and watching youtube videos and calling! deepsleep is working ...
charge at the time the screen is on, the device locks up.
Sometimes it freezes for a bit, less time completly...
But apart this, everything works perfectly.
Really sactisfied. D
Mm Ok, i think its not that big problem

I asked because I need Paranoid with fully working camera and camcorder. I'll check it out later
I flashed OMX patch yesterday and I got bootloop. I think it was so because I have Dudeman's Paranoid
Edit:
"Features;
- All paranoid android features Per-App etc.
- Miui style root management
-all CM10 features
-and more"
What features did you add?

I am going to rebase the ROM on top of jelly king 1.3 this should fix the camera and video playback with tons of others of kantrys Fix's and I am planning on releasing that later today (EU time by the way) and I plan on rebasing the AOKP ROM so that should actually work whnen I update it

I am proud to present to you BeanStalk Builds put together by myself. This is a build composed off of the CM10.1 builds and i have added alot of features on top of it. So you get speed, stability, and ultra customization ability. Many of the additional code additions came from slim ROM and also Derteufels build and have been modified to work with my current setup. A huge thanks to Derteufel and the Slim ROM guys for their work and dedication. Also a big thanks to everyone involved with CM as that is the building stone in this project. Thanks to skyliner33v for the bootanimation and upcoming wallpapers!
I plan on updating this and adding features on a pretty regular basis, so if you happen to like this, keep checking back.
