Hi everyone!
As all of you know, we can easily get the AOSP lockscreen by simply deleting UxpNxtLockscreen.apk from /system/app, but it messes up the music controls ( overlapping with the clock ). Then I searched for a fix for .55 firmware, but could not find one. Then I found this post - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=38109152&postcount=13
Based on this, I have found out which font is responsible for the lockscreen clock and I have made a flashable CWM zip which fixes this problem.
Instructions:-
1. Download and copy the zip to your internal storage
2. Go to /system/app and delete UxpNxtLockscreen.apk
3. Reboot into CWM and flash the Music Fix.
4. Reboot and enjoy!
5. Don't forget to thank paco8784 here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=38109152&postcount=13
6. Don't forget to thank me too.

You can check the attached photo to see how it looks.

This is just a mini theme version, anything related to litening battery will not work due to different framework.apk file which will affect the rom to cause it to freeze or infinite boot loop.
does this theme work on villainrom 2.3 as well mate ?

I think it should work as well as it does not affect the framework, but i'm not 100% sure as i haven't tested on vr rom. I would advice u to backup first before replacing files, if it work for u, let me know n i'ill update the post title. Cheers!

I made a short video for this mod, to visualize how to flash this (even if it's pretty easy) and how it looks like.
I hope it is helpful for some of you!

Many thanks for your work on the mod....
I have a custom ring that is 108x108 pix but it is 24 Kb can I just swap it with your rings in your MOD or is this more complicated?
I am using Energy ROM 4.1.1 and will update to 4.2.1 when stable.
Appreciate your help.
Re: [MOD][LOCKRING] Easy Custom Lockring Mod

No that's it, just unzip swap the icon zip back up & flash
Don't think 24kb should be an issue.

Thanks this worked great, replaced your ring with my image and I'm a happy puppy.
Today I will bring to you smaller on screen buttons to our Xperia S. As well as you know ,if you enable navigation bar by adding to build.prop the line "qemu.hw.mainkeys=0" it will make you phone laggy. I modded some files and made the navigation bar much more smaller ,so it became more beautiful and the phone works very smooth ,without lags!
Note#1:
Tried only on 6.2.B.0.200 FW with niaboc79 "framework.jar" from his Honami's launcher port. So it's better to flash this port to get it work before using my mod. So that means that you must have a deodexed rom to apply my mod.
Note#2:
Before using this mod ,make a nandroid backup in CWM and also backup the files "SystemUI.apk" ,"framework-res.apk" & "framework.jar". I'm not responsible to any damage that will happen if you don't know how to use and install this mod.
Installation:
1. Download these 3 files:
framework-res.apk
framework.jar
SystemUI.apk
If you want transparent navigation bar & status bar download this zip
2. Copy them to your sdcard and with any file explorer move them manually to the folder "system".
3. Change the permissions to rw-r--r-- and move framework-res.apk + framework.jar to the folder system/framework. It will ask to overwrite these file ,click yes.
4. Change the permissions to rw-r--r-- and move SystemUI.apk to the folder system/app. It will ask to overwrite these file ,click yes.
5. Reboot you device into recovery and wipe cache partition + wipe dalvik cache.
6. If you want transparent UI ,move framework-res.apk + framework.jar to the folder system/framework ,reboot and flash the zip Transparent UI.
6. Done.
Known Bugs:
*Navigation bar overlap the camera buttons.
Status bar is transparent anywhere ,navigation bar only on home screen.
*Find and tell me

Enjoy and give your feedback! This is my first mod
:good: Glad to see you got it sorted, and made a good contribution to this section. Copying and changing permissions gets tiresome when you've got a few files to install so this POST might be of interest to you.

the transparency is not full...there is a part that is not transparent, I can see it also on your screen shot...BTW I manage to remove the overlaping of the camera button to the OSB, and I didn't use your systemUI apk file...I just disabled the capacitive hardware keys and there it goes,,the OSB button automatically hides and show. here is a screen shot..I do not want to upload so I just attached it..take a look please..
BTW can you make it full transparent??Thanks a lot =)
The problem I encountered is that when changing the resolution of the camera to a aspect ratio of 4:3 there is a big black portion on the screen

Deodexed users, copy only SystemUI.apk to /system/priv-app. Odexed users copy both apk and odex files to /system/priv-app. Set permission to 644. SystemUI force closes continuously. Don't worry. Reboot the phone and clear dalvik cache. Backup the original files before doing this!!

Hi @anagramgeniusm, I am on 10.5.1.A.0.283 firmware Stock odexed rom, have Xposed Framework and Xperia Xposed(KK) installed. Super User Mod is enabled. I have tried to get the quicksettings mod to work more than three times now but every time I do it, i.e. push the apk and odex file to system/priv-app folder, reboot and wipe dalvik cache, when the system reboots, I loose the navigation bar and statusbar.
I am using the SystemUI_4.4.4.zip.
What am I doing wrong?

This happens if superuser mod is not installed. Check again if you've enabled it.

This is not flashable zip. Move the files manually.
I didn't flash anything,Just moved with es file, changed permissions ans wiped dalvik with no luck.
So I replaced with my backup to get a functional homescreen.
Il also tried with twrp wich have a file explorer and chmod.
