lg p500 optimus one CosmIcEXperia v3.5 problem with accelometer

I have problem with CosmIcEXperia v3.5 rom accelometer doesn't work ;/
It laggy or quite doesn't work.
Model: LG P500
ROM: CosmIcEXperia v3.5
Karnel: BFS franco.Kernel-gbs.v20-gamer
How i can fix this?

I've got a brand new LG Optimus G E975T. I've already rooted it and have Superuser, but I don't know how to unlock bootloader with this phone and also install recovery. Could anyone perhaps guide me?

What part of either running the One Click Root script or Graphic UI method fails?

Did the g3 really have 4.4.4 ? Or is this a custom rom ?

As you know from the title my device is LG H815-L running Android 6.0
Stock rom version: V20g-ISR-XX
this is the newest software that i can update on my device.
I want to install the Genisys rom on my device and root my device too
Should i do that? And how can i do that?
this rom is better for my device?
