Hi all,
I'm trying to install Android Revolution HD 12.0 Rom on to my n7100 Int. Edition.
Tried already Omega and works fine.
But I have a problem when using the obove image.
Using CWM Recovery I start Aroma from internal SD.
It always freezes during the steps "Google Applications and/or Custom Application".
No matter what checkboxesI check, it will freeze somewhere there.
I already downloaded the Rom, checked the checksum.
Also used an external SD-Card.
Always the same problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
Installed TWRP Recovery.
With this, the flash worked properly.
Thanks

I rooted my Desire yesterday and it worked fine (with the Superuser app showing up and all)
I have downloaded ClockworkMod recovery and that too works fine. I backed up my current factory ROM on it.
I downloaded the devnull.zip yesterday from
Code:
http ://download.oxygen.im/devnull.zip
and installed it on the phone and it is stuck in an infinite android logo loop.
What should I do ? The recovery *.zip file in ClockworkMod does not do anything ..
I am currently downloading a new ROM by Cyanogen CM 7.0.2
Let me see if it works .. =/
Okay .. So I erased the all user data and the old ROM works fine. It doesn't have the Sense UI so I am still going to install the Cyanogen ROM
I think this has to do with one of 2 things.
1. Your version of recovery. If you have ClockworkMod 2.5.0.7 then you will be able to flash most things fine. Later versions of some ROMS require different scripting in later versions of Clockworkmod like 3.0.0.5 but they will normally tell you in the instructions.
If that isn't the problem
2. Your EXT partition on your SD card is not correct or corrupt. Many of the newer sense ROMS built on the new HTC Desire test keys sense don't support EXT4 and you need to format your SD-ext as EXT3
If you are still having an issue and you are S-OFF. You most likely have will have flashed an alternate HBOOT. If that is the case, flash the stock HBOOT, then choose the option reboot bootloader in the fastboot screen.
Should get you back on track.
What is the problem with cm? The download speeds i am getting for the rom are inane. 83 MB is going to take forever @8kbps ..

Hi,
I wanted to post this in the relevant thread, however because I have less than 10 posts, I wasn't allowed.
I tried downloading the latest version using ROM Manager, selecting the relevant addons. However, during the install, I saw the script was looking for version 3.0.4, not 3.0.5 (Which I had downloaded using ROM manager).
I just thought I'd let someone know. Has anyone else had this problem or just me? I'm hoping someone else will alert them of the problem.
Thanks,
Danny
First check in the root of your sd card if you actually have the latest version downloaded at all. If you do, just restart your phone in recovery mode and install it from clockworkmode (install zip file from sd card)

in adition the name of the thread can create confussion or "bad reputation" for MDJ vivo because says "BUG" and it seems its not a bug of the custom rom(seeing your ask)
i tried the last week to update mdj vivo an hasn´t this problem... but i followed the process that @ivanoe74 said...
Hello,
I'm having trouble getting the following ROM to boot after install:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1493404
I have the following:
-S-OFF
-HBOOT-0.76.2000
-RADIO-26.03.02.26_M
-ClockworkMod Recovery v5.0.2.7
I copied the new ROM to SDcard, rebooted to recovery. Performed factory data reset, installed the zip from SD card. It installs successfully, attempts to boot, after white screen with green HTC logo, it reboots to recovery.
I ran an MD5 check on the zip file, verified it was correct. Copied it to SDcard and tried again, no luck. Then I tried installing it from within ClockworkMod Recovery, including wipe options, same thing.
Any ideas?
I'm running into the same issue with most sense 3.5 roms. Beatsrom, Blissdroid, and this one...
But I don't have issues with some others like Andromadus and some MIUI rom that looks like WP7(I can't recall it's name)..
I'm pretty confused on what's wrong since I always do a full wipe before flashing.
If you have a T-Mobile G2, and want to run sense 3.5 roms, you have to install desire z bootloader. I have not done it myself, but here is a video on how to do it. I'm sure if you search there are other guides on how to install the desire z bootloader.

Perfect. Thank you.
Yup, thanks a lot.
Tip to those trying this at home: once you are done with it, remove the PC10IMG.zip from the root of your SD card to be able to boot into recovery without it asking to reflash. Thanks again ACHILLES R32.
Hey guys!
I faced with this annoying problem today. I successfully rooted my phone then made a backup with twrp? or smth like this and then I could successfully install myonev rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1647052 and then the titanium-kiss kernel as well.
Everything worked like a charm until I wanted to install a new rom. I moved the rom's zip file to the sd card then wiped cache and then tried to install the new rom, tried with bluesense and with suprimo too. When they started to install the rom they always gets stuck and the buttons appear which says next and save log. If I click on next it says that it successfully installed but its not true. And I get this problem with both of the roms.
I tried to do factory reset as well. I tried to do everything like in this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1996665
Please help me.

Hi,
i have some problems with the Android RevolutionHD Rom 18, but im not allowed yet to answer there.
Everytime i try to install the rom via cwm the aromainstaller crashes at the point, where i have to tick the terms of use.
I already tried:
reroot with superSU and not superuser
installed cwm
installed the stock kernel and flashed everything new
wiped multiple times
started from internal and external sd
Can someone please help me? There must be a simple solution.
