A linux machine with about 20gb of free storage

Follow The Official Ubuntu Touch Porting Guide it's updated sometimes...
Then we have to patch /build/main.mk :
Add "external/wpasupplicant_8_ti \" to build without wpa libs errors.
Also we have to add our vendor path : "vendor/htc \"
And this in alphabetical order...
You have also to check building rules...

Wipe
Flash the device specific base cm-10.1-20130312-UNOFFICIAL-endeavoru.zip in recovery
Flash the "generic" quantal-preinstalled-phablet-armhf.zip in recovery. Get yourself a coffee 'cause this'll take a while.
Reboot.

It's a developer preview, most of the stuff is broken. Not even nearly a daily driver.

I think i'll break my f5 lol, i also prepared all the commands already enetered lol, just waiting for the rom :victory::victory:

Thanks, still getting reboots when phone is sleep mode, stock gallery doesn't seem to work
And I can't login to google service when adding my account for playstore,

The current bugs are
1. Gallery takes very much time to load
2. Sometimes when we call someone the screen gets completely blank (except status bar) hence we cant end tge call by ourselves
And as usual, no sensor is working including the hcamera sensor which makes camera crash when it tries to focus
Also during charging, the phone mis detects the touches (too much problem in writing this, sometimes it selects any option when i m just typing)

He is my co-developer here and he was saying the camera/sensor issue is not a problem with the kernel. Why would we need kernel sources with that?
Secondly, we are using the stock 'prebuilt' kernel binary here in the ROM so it's unlikely how we could provide you the concerned sources? Unless company releases them.
I remember you saying it's fine to not mention the sources if stock kernel binary is being used.

hi, please read post 1.
i don't understand why this is being asked time and time again. both this and CM thread are bombarded with the same question regarding FP. it needs to be re-written pretty much from scratch. when it's ready it won't be on the does not work list here/no longer on the bug list for CM. just chill out and use the rom if you want or help write code for the FP to work

Is there a bug with the folders when you use large icons ? The folder size doesnt increase with the icons increased size when Im trying it. Will there be an app swap add-on function with this Rom like with eragon ? Is it possible to make the flipcase clock work in this rom ?

I already fixed app2sd on my CM code and am currently working on the flip case. Once I'll release all the sources, Mokee will also support it as it basically uses my device tree

This ROM is really nice for a first build. So far it's pretty stable for a pre-Alpha build (if that's what you want to call it) at around a rate of 1 soft-reboot/minute (basically reboots every time the UI stutters or lags). Other than the soft-reboots, the ROM is extremely fluid and flies throughout apps and the UI (on the Edge variant).
As to what IS working:
- RR Customisations
- HW key customisations an backlight control
- Display profiles
- Headphone Jack audio output
- App installs
- WiFi
As to what is NOT working:
- TOUCHSCREEN DOES NOT WORK ON THE S7 FLAT (SM-G930F/FD/etc.)
- SD Card (works partially through Solid Explorer if given root privileges)
- RIL (doesn't detect the SIM card at all)
- Headphone jack volume output is too low, so listening to music is impossible
- Camera
- Fingerprint Scanner
- Night Light
- Etc. (Feel free to add on if you find more bugs)

Yea i have same issue with multiboot, maybe its multiboot issue @InFlames03 did not reporta anything about touchscreen.
I'll investigate.

back the day of s3 and s4 , we don't have source code as well and these great DEVs were able to make it working.
if it could be done before , then it shall succeed again :fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:
