it looks like a themed version of CyanogenMod, reason being that the app menu hasn't change, neither did the system setting.
So does not favor the anyone about what themes are they? I would also have it so
not sure, but it's probably one of the themes for ADW launcher, CyanogenMod's theme app or something. shouldn't be difficult to find on market.

I personally use the ICS CM7 MDPI theme for CM7 by Sonny S., ROM toolbox to find the "Stock Galaxy Nexus" boot animation, ICS ADW Theme from Kodev, APW(Android pro widgets) ICS Theme by Sonny (requires license key), ADW Launcher ex, and Widgetlocker to get my ICS Experience.... if you look in MyTouch Slide themes, you can find a thread about it... request any pics if you want.

Oh, and I have CM7 stable mod with wifi fix. I set the messages to have a black background in settings because it looks better with the theme.
I'm new to Android and after two days of reading and getting to know what it all is about I have one question (I have plenty to be honest but let's stay with this single one). I have tried a couple of ROMs. I know the program that makes the desktop behave differently is a launcher. But what about the menu itself? The background color, icons (they can be changes is UOT kitchen, right?), scrolling. What about the way the screen unlocks (originally there was a slider but I see rings that must be slid or dragged differently).
I have tried two MildWild mods. I can personally see no difference in CM and Oxygen (probably because of the theme). What are they? How do they differ from Sense?
I know those are obvious things for you, but being new I can't find answers to these questions.
yeah the launcher can do all of that. give ADW launcher a try. gives you options of all of the above

PS mildwild CM 3.0 is undergoing some changes/testing with a new launcher, and right now it's more or less useless... wait for a new release from MW or try and find his 2.8 or earlier versions. there you'll have ADW preinstalled with a launcher settings to go nuts on
Go launcher is a good option. I use it now my desire with cm7.1. There's loads of themes for it to make it look how you want.

You dont nececarilly need a custom ROM, say use widgetlocker and ADW those two apps will give you a lot of customisation with no AOSP ROM's needed but most AOSP's will use something along the lines of those apps anyway
Version 1.7 and up contain a theme for the new Gmail 4.1.2. There have been some changes in XMLs so don't flash this until you update Gmail

It works on Odexed or Deodexed ROMS since it simply replaces images and soon XMLs within the files.
It may work on 15 toggles ROMS but not all will be themed since I don't have a 15 toggles SystemUI to play with. If you upload one I'll theme the additional toggles for you.

Thanks. The toggles should be red. If not I changed the wrong files. That's the pain of not having my phone yet.

Please check on the new version. I think they moved the files in this ROM. If I'm right only the wi-fi on toggle will be red.

Can you please flash the second version? The wi-fi and signal bars should be red and please check the wi-fi on toggle to see if I found the right files.

What's wrong in settings and gallery? If it's that the icons in settings are not all matching it's to do with the icons Samsung has used and something I can change later. The lock screen is strange since I changed entire sets of numbers. Can you put the dual clock on the lock screen and see if that's OK. The Notifications bar I can fix now that I know that I've found the correct file for the Wi-Fi. Stupid samsung have duplicates in places where they are not needed.

I fixed the lock screen numbers and the notifications area. To get on the dual clock you need to go to the lock screen settings and enable dual clock. Can you post a pic of the phone and/or contacts screen? I want to see if I got the tabs done.
The theme creates an automatic backup. It's located in the universl flasher folder on your internal memory. I do hope you'll come back to it after it's more complete.

You flash the backups. Doesn't help now that you deleted them.

The status bar is actually a png. Its in Syatemui/Res/drawablexhdpi. Its called status_bar_background.9.png. I'm guessing if you edit the 9.png image to transparent, it'd work. I've done that to use a custom one and it worked. As for the pulldown notification area, I haven't figured it out yet. Maybe if you looked at the tw-status-bar.xml from the MOAR systemUi under layout, it'd help. The png it uses is called pulldown.png. I'm not sure what needs to be added into the xml for it to use it. Hope that helps some.

OK. So I just discovered the pulldown background is also in the drawable-xhdpi folder. Its called notification_panel_bg.9.png.

I have a G4, I have missed and I do not know about them because of that little red circle icon on the app, SMS messaging also the same.
How to do it would be the little red circle?
You seem to be new to Android and what you want is what it is shown in iOS.
You need a custom launcher, Nova Launcher or Apex Launcher are the ones I know have notification addons. You will need to buy the paid version of whatever launcher you decide to go in order to use notificacions (I might be wrong but this is what I remember).
