~MODS AND OTHER EXTRA STUFF~​
Note: if you want the full "AOSP experience" and have the stock android lockscreen:
1) use any file explorer app that can access /system
2) navigate to /system/apps
3) find the file named htclockscreen.apk
4) FIRST MAKE A BACKUP NAMED "htclockscreen.apk.bak" JUST IN CASE
5) delete htclockscreen.apk (not the backup, but the original one)
6) reboot your device and enjoy!
How to flash mods:
1) reboot into recovery
2) DO A NANDROID BACKUP!
3) wipe cache and dalvik cache
4) flash mod
5) reboot, boot may take longer than usual, please be patient

Why called "StockMOD ROM"?
this is called StockMOD ROM because it is Stock with out Sense and bloat. that's the whole idea behind the name. (and also i thought it was cool )
Why no Sense? i LIKE Sense
if you want Sense, then don't flash this ROM. with Sense removed, the ROM performance increases.
What is this ROM based off of?

How to make a NANDROID BACKUP?
Reboot to recovery, backup/restore, backup
Do i need to wipe before flashing?
YES! it's always recommended that you wipe before flashing. saves you lots of headaches.

None of the sense widgets will work if the rosie has been removed. Just like running adw on any other rom.

Why not go in a different direction?
Maybe try something like netfront for the launcher.

coming from the revolution rom, do i have to perform a full wipe?/does anyone know how i can backup + restore all my settings, etc., like with miui. I hate setting everything up again.

Thx leejames thats awesome. I'd really like something like the backup feature of miui see in cyanogenmod or something . I like being able to backup my homescreen setup as well.

I discontinue build AOSP+CM version & AOKP version, in exchange :
Jellybean 4.1.2 P?*+Aokp+Cm = PACman
* = PA ready only
ROMs were compiled from source, still based on AOSP+CM source codes
They are considered as a BASE ROM, there won't be much theming & features inside them yet.
You may use & modify these ROM to create your advanced ROM freely.
Want to compile it by your self?

- Always make a cwm backup

I won't be running this as my daily rom (in fact still using the RAZR I as the battery life can top 2 days ), so not sure of any bugs and if there any I'm not sure I will have time to fix them...

Ah, so it does... not heard of custonexus but had heard of PAC-man rom, so thought I would bring it to the one x...
I haven't tested it properly, just that it boots and all was ok...
I guess battery should be similar to ls, just depends on how much is on in the background...

Beautiful!

What does the Loki Patch do? I just flashed this and it runs great! The only "bug" I've noticed is there is a little white horizontal strip in between the notification bar and the green bar on the top of the play store. Also another bug I just noticed: when an app is requesting root rights instead of going from the app to the su dialog back to the app it just goes from the app to the su dialog back to my homescreen.

The Loki-doki patch is for AT&T users, it's an exploit to get past the locked bootloader.

Just an FYI, restoring an old pa settings backup seems to fix the dpi only going to 320 issue if it was backed up on a xxhdpi rom previously. Don't know if anything else is borked from this rom being compiled for xhdpi but after the restore, it seems to be fine.

Correct, if someone tried flashing it and not have an AT&T branded phone, they would probably be in a bootloop.

Weird.....the Canadians in the AT&T forum can not use Loki. Unless, this version removes Loki from the kernel. Gotta wait for dev to explain.

I have the T-mobile s4 and flashed loki with no problems. On a side note there seems to be the red tint problem on pure black backgrounds. Is that a kernel issue?

I'm about to quit development since this is here!

Instructions for Installation
[May vary on firmware, i will be vague]
Make sure your handset is on 100% battery
PREREQUISITES:
-Root
-Custom Recovery [CWM/TWRP]
1. Download latest zip file and GAPPS from http://cyanfox-rom.com/downloads/
2. Place these two zip files in the SD of your handset [internal or external]
3. Backup all of your data using Titanium Backup, or any other backup software you might have, as the device will be wiped in the process.
4. Reboot to Recovery by pressing and holding Volume Up and Down while pressing the power button while the device is turned off
5. Perform a factory reset
TWRP
6a. Press Install and guide yourself to where you put your Cyanfox zip file
6b. Press add more zips and guide yourself to where you put the GAPPS zip file
6c. Press Install
CWM
6a. Use volume keys to "Install zip"
6b. Navigate to your cyanfox zip file
6c. Repeat step 6b for Gapps file
If upgrading from a previous version or switching from CM11
6a. Dirty flash
6b. Flash Gapps
7. Wipe Cache
8. Reboot and enjoy

my appbar is working fine, you have to swipe from the edge.
the official nightlies are starting soon. our build server is gearing up, and removing bugs. im sorry for the delay, but we ahev been working on the website and reporting bugs alot. i beieve the nightlies will start this or next week, but for now this is it. i will double check with mantas zilius, but i beleive he said that they have started the build server.

Holo glass with custom colors defined in system settings
the perappdpi comes in the v1 release... SOON!
we had alot of trouble merging the hybrid setting without lagging the phone down, but we found a solution. it took some time, but we got it and it will be included in the next update

depends on usage and kernel, but so far ive had great battery...

Which kernel do you recommend? How is bluetooth (a2dp)? I forgot why I came back from 4.3 I remember something wasn't working but can't recall what.

I can recommend ktoonsez kernel, or Chronic kernel. i like chronic kernel, but its all personal preference. i dont have any bluetooth devices, so i cant say anything on that...

Hmmmm I didn't even know chronic kernel existed, Ok I'm going to check it out report back.
