It's about 44 Centigrade. If you have it while idling I believe it is too hot and you should replace it.

If you have warranty just send the phone back. The temperature should be in the 80s... can you feel the "heat"? If so definitely start RMA process.

What brand? You should probably test the temp with OEM battery and that will tell if it is your phone or the battery you are using.
