Hi XDA Forum, my question is
Is there a notification toggles for a stock 4.1.1 rom. I would like to have the notification toggles from cyanogenmod ore AOKP. I have tried the toggles from Google Play but i dont really like them. And yes i am ready to root it into my stock rom if that is required
Yes, you can.
With this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/...t=W251bGwsMSwxLDIxMiwiY29tLnBhaW5sZXNzLnBjIl0.
In the sixth screenshot you'll see what you want.
Cheers!
oh yes! power control is the best way

When i 1st installed JB, I had this notification in the drop-down notification bar of the current weather. I dismissed it by mistake and now I am not getting it back. Looked all over and couldn't find it. I am not talking about the weather card in the Google Now section. Thanks.

Click to collapse
This gets updates automatically by Google now. Just make sure your settings are OK. It will just come back on its own. You can change the settings when to be notified. My settings update every time my location changes.

Thanks, all the settings look fine, everything is enabled...but it's already been a week or so. I get it when opening up Now, but I liked the drop down bar weather thing. Any way to jump-start it?
Thanks,

Turn off Google now and then turn it back on.

I've recently noticed that after I channged my ROM back to the stock feature that I no longer receive any notifications. Does anyone know why this happens? Or how to fix it?

You have no notification bar at all? What did you flash from to? Do you have a nanadroid backup to flash?
I have the bar I just don't receive any notifications in it. I flashed from a AOKP/CM10 ROM 4.2.1 to a stock ROM then wiped the phone and still don't receive them.

I tried searching and all I got was root options and ROMs I'm completely stock and intend to stay that way I just don't like the stock messaging app (skinned) and prefer the one in stock android job 4.1. I'm looking for a way to install the stock jb messaging app without root, I've done it with the stock keyboard.

I tried that actually as soon as I saw it on twitter but I don't need the phone part and MMS is broken.

Might be a custom launcher out with the option

I'm running the latest XenonHD ROM (4.2.2) and I have a very weird glitch. When I hit the recent apps button for the first time after boot, it functions properly. Any time after that, the same animation that played the first time, plays every time, no matter which app I am coming from. Hopefully my screenshot clarifys what I mean. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, did you fix it and how? Thanks

Can't seem to post a screenshot right now, will try when I get home...

I get that on certain roms as well, and it bothers me to the point where I can't use those roms...
I'd appreciate any insight as well.

Well for the time being, I'm using the old GB style recents menu
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app
How'd you switch the recents style?

It depends which ROM you're on, on XenonHD you just switch the 3rd nav button from recents to GB style, in ROM settings under Navbar. Then change the icon because the GB one is ugly
