Power amp...however you'll have to purchase after the trial.

In my opinion Playerpro.
You van change the album art anytime. It's a complete player except the equalizer which you have tot buy separate.
Also a pre is that it is not anoying you with update messages.

Hey, just to let those of you who noticed that Apollo and Apollo+ are no longer in the Play Store know, MusixMatch filed a complaint and had them removed for alleged copyright infringement due to the way that Apollo fetches lyrics. I'm looking into the best way to handle this, and will be trying to get Apollo back into the store ASAP. That's all I know for now.
So sorry dude... And WALKMAN IS WAAAAAAAY BETTER AND COOLER- IT WASN'T ON MY MIND WHEN I SAID APOLLO- u can find it by searching in XDA...

Power amp times a million. By far the best, and I've tried em all extensively. Double twist is good as well. If you're looking for something free with a good eq jet audio is great

I like the stock touchwiz music player the best, especially the JB version.

I like n7 player, I've used a bunch of other ones and its the only one that stands out a lot to me.
I use play music. Only because I never have to store anything on my phone. Download the desktop client, upload to Google, and you can stream your whole collection. No way I could store my entire 120gb collection on here physically.
I do like the Walkman some of UT I use poweramp

Hey guys I am looking for the best free player for my gs3. I am currently using the default music player but I am looking for something that I can control from lock screen to change songs etc. Any ideas?
Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
TTPod is perfect if you turn on the special lockscreen
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sds.android.ttpod&hl=en
It has big album art and lyrics that downloads automatically. and it has great wp7 style theme
Apollo, google music
You can find it in play store. Enjoy
+1 for TTPod :good:
+2 for TTPod
cheers
+3 for Ttpod
Gesendet mit Jelly Bean
Use the stock one with custom eq...
I've tried lots of player but the stock one sounds better to my ears.
WinAMP lets you control from the Lockscreen and uses the headset controls too.
I have a guide posted that shows you how to get the Wirless Sync of WinAMP to sync to the External SD card too, if that's your thing
I would say stock and poweramp

poweramp
PlayerPro for the album artwork and nice UI :good:
Google Play Music.
It is straightforward and efficient. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of PowerAmp (*Amp), but for me that is a plus, since I wouldn't use all that sh*t anyway. I like something that is faster, simpler, easier and gets the job done with perfection... that's why I chose google play music.
power amp, because the audio quality knocks the socks off anything else
Mort Musik player has folder search

Focus Loss Ducking
Is there any music player in the market that has focus loss ducking? (The feature that doesn't pause the music when receiving notifications;it just lowers the volume of the music).
I've been looking for one to no avail.
If there's anyone who could help me, I'd appreciate it.
Check here for a great list of music players

Best Music player for me is MIUI Music
But no control from lock screen :/
Hi guys. Ive been looking everywhere for the original music apk from the stock rom from the t989. Ive searched and searched on the and have found nothing but moded music apps. My tmobile t989 originally was runnin on stock rom with ics. Im running the jedi mind trick X rom which is great but the original music apk is not there anymore. All that is there is the google play music apk and im not found of the walkman music or Apollo music apps. Any help would be great. Thanks everyone who stopped by and took a look
You should be able find it in a stock rom flashable zip. Just open the archive and look in system/app. I would post it, but I don't have a stock rom on my sdcard. My phone hasn't seen stock almost since I received it.

I've always found the stock TW music app to be deplorable. Have you looked at Power Amp? It's universally considered one of, if not the, best music players on Android.

You can use the S3 Player on Jedimind Trick, Will test it now on Jellybean.

Edit: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=23338273 try here and make sure you use the older version (2.3.2). The newer version will cause you bootloops. I'm running unofficial slim and that's my player of choice with the acid mod.

The app isn't a port, but a themed app built from source. You cannot just port the new one because 'you want it'

how? thought it was pulled of the store for lyrics copyright complaint
all music players are basically the same anyways. How many different ways can you really have an app that has cascading artist/album/genre and other tags of your music?
not fully working, guess its still in beta. Btw like other said we dont need something android to look like iphone, just use iphone instead.
Ynt: [Request] iPhone 5 music player port to android
Buy an iphone

This is not an iPhone 5 music player it's an Android music player themed to look like an iPhone 5 music player
This is maddness ....here Im trying my best to get a folder music player on iphone that works perfectly..
IMO, android has the best media/music player around. Poweramp even the default android music player .. pwns iphone's music player big time.
If anyone develop poweramp on iphone.. i sure it will sell in the millions.
Buy Poweramp, best mobile player, doesn't matter if it's Android, iOS, or whatever.

Guys can u suggest best music player for gio?
or what do you prefer?
I had TTpod and PlayerPro
both have their advantages and disadvantages
so
i want
good music quality w/ equalizer
good artworks
lyrics
good UI of course
and etc.
so I'll be happy if u suggest some good players
So far this is the best music player that i seen on play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/...SwxLDEsImNvbS51bmRlcndvb2Qubm93X3BsYXlpbmciXQ..
It works on GB ICS JB but on GB it has some graphic issues but on ICS/JB everything is ok
Or this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/...sMSwxLDEwNCwiY29tLnNpbXBsZWNpdHkuYW1wX3BybyJd
they are pretty much the same
Poweramp is the best (I think)

Do you see date of main post?
but if someone still looking for good music player I can reccomend Mort Player or MIUI Music. Mort is the best. For me if Music player do not have option to sorting by folders I can not use it.
It's free
