It would be very nice, if someone could make a MOD for an odexed stock ROM with a cyan blue glow for the soft keys.

Try one of the many great ROMs we already have, change whatever you want on the nav bar.

Umm I think I have seen this theme before I just can't remember now soz. I'm sure someone will help you find it.

I believe this is the wallpaper. This one I have is enhanced. I dont know about the rest of the theme as far as the transparent tabs. Actually I dont think its the same but close.

The only way I can think is to download a stock based launcher (Apex, Nova...)
