how can I change theme on stock 4.2.2 ?
I would like to have blue elegance theme ,but could not change my original one on my gnex
would someone direct me to the way??
Sorry to disappoint you! Unfortunately for that, you have to have a custom rom.
As the theme description on Play Store says: "This is a theme for all ROMS that have the Theme engine enabled"
The theming of dialer, notification drawer, is possible only if you have root access.
With stock settings, you have to make do with launcher themes.
I have the root ,is there a way to install theme engine,so I can change to custom themes?

When you say nexus s stock theme, I'm guessing you mean stock gingerbread. There is no way to get this on the DZ with out rooting. I

Even if you didn't want to install a custom rom you could root, install CWM recovery and use UOT kitchen to create the NEXUS S theme.I believe that it will theme stock roms now.
But to be honest root and install a custom rom and turn you phone into a super phone

Hi everybody. I've searched a lot the Touchwiz UX of galaxy s3 but they all need to be flashed.
So because i dont want to modify or root my device i'm looking for the apk which i can install and unistall without flashiong. I've found one in this forum but it's only for ics. I use jb (4.1.1 stock)
Thanks for any replies

there is no way without root so far, sorry!
So I installed CM10 Nightlies and TBH I really don't like the way it looks and love the way my S3 originally looked. I've looked all around the S3 section and strangely none of the sections have a thread ACTUALLY tell you how to install theme. It usually say "Install theme then flash it." Those aren't good instructions at all. Not to mention I don't know which one to use to restore the theme and look.
Most themes are installed the same way you do a rom. Flash in recovery.

I have found some cm10 themes from play store... you may find an s3 one there

Touchwiz theme
If your using cm10, you could download apex launcher... Pretty sure I've seen a Touchwiz theme for apex. To install. First download apex launcher from play, install. Select apex as launcher over the default trebuchet. Next download touchwiz theme from play, install like any apk. Go to apex settings, theme settings, select touchwiz theme. Otherwise, youll just have to flash a Touchwiz based ROM.
Your on cm10 use the theme engine to change the look of your rom.. you can download a few off the play store and others are here at android > themes

Yup, themes are flashed (install from zip) just like a rom.
