They should all have it. You just have to download it. Language&Input>Android Keyboard (ASOP) Settings>Input Languages>Language
OR there's a "Tradition Chinese Keyboard" on the Play Store, you can try to download that.

So there are 2 roms in the android dev section which are based on miui.
1. Galnet
2. DSJ
What are the differences between the two?
Also is anyone who's used this, blown their menu led? is there any way to get all four led's working?

At first both roms are only ICS SDK ports and not complete ics roms and I think if you want to see the differences between both you will have to install them yourself.
Galnet is developed by a team of developers and DSJ I guess is developed by the user "davidsonsjesus". Correct me if I'm wrong.
would you have any idea about the led? I would not like to blow off my menu LED just to test the rom.
Thanks
No, sorry, i dont use MIUI. I only use Cyanogenmod... So if you want to try a ICS you could try the AOSP/CM9 rom. But please dont try it if you dont know what to do! Its not stable and there are a lot of things that dont work yet.

they only have framework integratesd and the build.prop that says is 4.0.1 but are gingerbread! and are not compatible with any ICS app
ICS uses sdk 14 apps and ginger bread uses 10 so in the galnet miui or DSJ build uses sdk 10 that are based on gingerbread!

so do we really get anything significant out of the added ics framework, or just for the name sake???
is it worth having it and risk getting more bugs from it?

Hello everyone,
I decided to try MIUI and get a little confused.
So there are bunch of different miui sites like miui.us, miuiandroid, miui.com and so on.
As i noticed that size of .zip file is different from all of these 3 websites of HTC ONE X 3.5.24 ROM. Why is that and from where should i download it? Is there any difference between thouse ROMs?
I have international HTC ONE X version.

Yes, it's a little behind... However, there are no other threads of MIUI... so I'm afraid your stuck with the one which I gave your earlier...
There are official and unoffical ports... official port = pure MIUI experience and unofficial = it has many customizations added from other roms... that's why the difference in size... AFAIK!
Never tried MIUI so can't explain any further...

ok, I was a miui user, so I can help you...
on xda you can find just modified versions, rd-miui is a good one, but it's not the official!
official builds are posted on miuiandroid.com, there you can get the rom and the language pack with several languages...
flash it as always!
miui.us is the US version, miui.au is australian...there are few versions modified by local developers that keeps their local forum updated different countries to help people in their language, but the base rom is on miuiandroid.com

And what about official download from miui.com? Title says (chinese and english) - it prob means that there are 2 languages included right? And that one should work?
http://en.miui.com/download.html
There you can see Official downloads:
Kernel : Android 4.1
Latest update : 3.5.24
Download : http://www.miui.com/download.html
Language : Chinese and English
Or this would be the same like from miuiandroid.com?
Oh and is there any difference between flashing Cm9 aokp or other rom that miui? I never flashed any rom on this device and it is still unrooted.
I am not using this phone, and its a for someone else.
Currentlly it has CM11 Unofficial version. While it works well, sometimes things do FC and Dialer goes silent.
Help would be needed. I am not asking for the best rom or so, just stable with all features working.
Everybody will have a different opinion. Some will tell you Cm11 is the best, others will recommend stock ROM...
I find the stock ROM + kyrillos + chrono kernel quite fast if you don't install too many apps (like Facebook)
CM11 is the most stable I think (at least the last builds by ace2nutzer)
For now, I'm running Carbon Rom and I find it great.
You just have to try the ROMs and see which is the best for your usage.
Hope this helped
Sorry for my bad English, it is not my native language.

I want a stable CM on my phone. Is this possible? If so, how? If not, what's the lowest CM I can go? CM 11? Please provide link.
Also, is there any rom that runs without gapps?

Yes, you can get a stable CM11. I don't know about flashing CM 10.2 on a Kitkat device, although I heard somewhere that you aren't supposed to flash older software than your device shipped with (on a Nexus, anyways). All US Galaxy S3s were merged into one build for Kitkat, called d2lte (stable download link here). However, they were un-merged for Lollipop builds. The CM11 builds are snapshots, which means they're pretty stable.
AFAIK, most ROMs can run without gapps (including CM). Legend has it one guy went without Google Play Services for a year before the authorities took him away for resisting the overlord Google.
In all seriousness, though, yes, you should be fine without gapps, if you're OK with not having the Play Store.

Haha, thanks man. I'll try installing CM11 from recovery. Currently on CM12 (works fine without gapps), which I like except I can only upload stuff onto my SD via PMP method.
