Long story short, Started off with PACMan ROM, flashed Synergy ROM wiped data via Aroma Installer, rebooted, constantly rebooting on splash screen, Cannot boot into recovery, CAN boot into download mode. I do not get "qhsusb_dload" in device manager.

Are you sure your doing the right button combinations to boot into recovery or download mode?

Hmm, well I just tried it and it worked? I tried that same button combination earlier and it was looping at the splash screen. I guess everything is working fine now. Thanks for the help.

Were you releasing it after a few seconds? If not, it will loop like you are describing.

My phone went to a green recovery screen. My recovery is TWRP, this was not. Phone was not in use, nearly a full charge. I saw it flash a green screen out out of corner of my eye. I couldn't capture it, but it looked like a basic recovery screen with volume up and down instructions. Again, phone was idle and screen off. I did a power vol dwn and rebooted fine. Has anyone seen this?

It sounds like the" Demigod screen, kernel crash. It's been haunting us since day 1. Just an LG issue.
Here's alittle bit about it.

Go to sammobile.com
Download stock firmware.

Did you try battery pull?

Battery pull, volume UP, home, power. If that doesn't work, odin as suggested above.
During my latest factory resort I did the whole pus volume up + home + power sequence. When I got to theme boot screen I had all the usual stuff but I noticed that at the bottom was the green android guy laying down with his chest open and a red exclamation mark coming out of it. Is this normal?

if you are planning to root your phone, i'd suggest get TWRP recovery instead of CWM, a lot more friendly to use.
Yeah. Soooo many things to choose from now lol

I was flashing CM11 on my nexus 7 2013. Upon rebooting, it froze at the boot up load screen so I went to force shut down my nexus by pressing the power button.
Now when I turn on my nexus 7, it will display this pixelised/snowy/static screen as shown in the picture. dropbox.com/s/kdw117hbgn4ztpw/IMG_20140217_041652.jpg
(sorry I cannot attach the photo in this post, please go to the link above)
I tried pressing power and up button, power and down button, all 3 buttons but none would boot me into the recovery mode. Is there anything I can do now? Any help is really appreciated. Thank you
Power and volume up would be the correct combo.
Did you try holding both till the splash screen shows and then just releasing power?
You are technically not hardbricked .it gives power to the device. Harbricked means no power at all.

I tried, it doesnt go into any spash screen. It just stays at the snowy screen.
When i press down power and down button, I actually get the print screen sound. So is there a possibility that the software is working but when i flashed I screwed up the hardware?
Sounds like you borked your bootloader. You should be able to use wugs toolkit to restore to factory stock
