Root--multi window issue

I recently rooted my note 2 on 4.1.2..for complete multiwindow features (ie..allowing all apps),, I downloaded multiwindow_manager_1.2.6 from xda thread..I installed it and created a patch file..after reboot my multiwindow feature is not working and am getting an error showing "Unfortunately, com.sec.android.app.flashbarservice has stopped"
Can anyone help me please..

Not possible on a the Note 2, you need special hardware for that function which currently only the S4 has.
