Hi guys.
I'm using [2.3.5] EQDKP-Sense3.5 V 5.2 ROM. Well, the rom is great and works perfect, but my problem is the boot animation, it took about 3-5 mins. to finish on (BEATS AUDIO).
Is there any solution to skip this boot animation shorten its loading?

add this lines to build.prop it ll disable bootanimation:

debug.sf.nobootanimation=1
dont forget to give permissions 644(rw-r-r) to build.prop.

Tried but it just removed the animation, (black screen) and booting time (too long) remains. Any help please?

you can use short bootanimation instead.it ll be might help.
It's not the bootanimation which Take time at boot, I think it's all the scripts ...
Maybe you could disable some scripts at boot that you don't want .

yeah you are right man.might it has sqlite_zipalign scripts.which take alot of time for boot.or similiar

It boots without gapps. After boot xperia keyboard fc comes and no launcher is loaded. Only black screen with status bar.

Do one thing. Take out trebuchet from any fxp rom and put it in the zip and flash again

I had the z launcher from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2101221. and i replaced yours with it. Now it works but xperia keyboard fc comes constantly.:good:
Another thing is i deleted the init.d script with 54 kb of size i cannot remember the name to boot your rom.

Can you delete the keyboard and replace it with another Xperia keyboard and try? And can you upload the launcher? The mediafire link is not working

I'll try cm kb tomorrow, i dont have time today. After deleting the script ur rom boots. thats why i deleted it. Otherwise stuck at fusion logo.
And ur rom is fast and smooth. I like the miui music most. and add mx player codec.apk in ur rom and delete cmfilemanagertheme.apk:good:
I think u missed xt9 folder contents in usr folder and thats causes fc of xperia kb.

He wrote in 3rd line in above post! Deleting the script makes ur rom boot or else it is stuck on fusion logo!

The same for me , Trick 8.0 it doesn't start up..is there a chance to have the stock one in order to re-start up it?

Well I don't think so, as the whole point of being odexed is to be not easily modifiable

Try replacing libandroidruntime.so in "system/lib" folder. Btw it can also be a blank bootanimation

Yeah first look Yes looks like Viper rom. But they are not using any viper tweaks + couple of tweaks are very nice example like if you press top righthand silde of screen >> screen lock option.
i don't know much about inside code. but rom is very good.

same files as the viperx only a different name
and if you translate the page it is a viperx 4.0.2 they just modified it
they not even made the official tweaks and rom

Oh ok now i got it why i got error while decompiling soultweaks.apk using VTS.. ya i agree nice guys! for stolen work password hmm
and no wonder in that thread 99.9% ROM are viper based

i tryed it with a software for that ,but no luck ..tryed also some names for the passwords from the chinese site ,but also no luck
they prrotect a file that not even made by them
rename the file to .rar
open it with winrar
then you get a error ,but you can look inside the file
you see this classes.dex* that one is password protected

Flash with check option to enable animation, with unchecked to disable.

Principal it possible, but need to change other system files to restore some missed messages from sense4+

Boot into TWRP
Flash "X Glitch.zip" package
Enjoy!

Open Themes app
Go to Boot animation and select X Glitch
Apply boot animation
Enjoy!
Manual installation
Open your favourite file manager
Browse to system/media
Paste the new bootanimation.zip (and overwrite the old bootanimation.zip) and do a refresh in the file manager.
Apply the correct permissions: rw-r--r-- (0644)

Flashed via TWRP and the boot animation was there after pressing Reboot system. So no issues here.

Maybe the bootanimation on CM has a different location than OOS.
EDIT: The flashable zip works fine on RR, it should also work on CM. Maybe you applied a bootanimation from theme manager which overwrites the default bootanimation.

You should have the option to change permissions from your file manager. I'm using Root Browser and by long press on the file I can open a menu and select "Permissions".
