Read it and get the deluxe settings app from tha play store.
And look the answer to youre question:

Or you could download the app 3Minit from xda & you have options to remove clock & change colors to clock & add date & yr to status bar, plus loads more! Check it out if you dont know about this.... just use the search in this forum

you can use screen off and Lock from google play.

is there anyway to get my status bar semi transparent ? I made a search here on xda but didn't find how to change my current status bar transprency.

Please don't lie. There is already a SEMI-TRANSPARENT status bar mod.
Kindly search correctly.
HINT : - SEMI-TRANSPARENT means 50% transparency.

Don't know which ROM version you have, but basically i would advise you to raubkatze's thread:

Use Lidroid panel Settings app, uncheck there all of the buttons

It is up to the themer to color them. They are not user configurable..
