This ROM was built using Cyanogen source code as well as AOSP source code. It features the awesome demonSPEED custom kernel (2.6.35.13) by dev thederekjay and Launcher2 from the LG G2x! Streamline CM7 has little to no bloat, stable and FAST!

Installation instructions! PLEASE READ!!! RECOVERY v3.0.2.4 IS REQUIRED!
- Download the ROM and throw it on the root (main folder) of your SD card. NO NEED TO FLASH GAPPS! It is INCLUDED!
- Boot into recovery
- Wipe data
- Wipe cache partition
- Wipe dalvik cache (under advanced)
- Format system (mounts and storage)
- Install from zip, choose zip from SD card and flash away!
If you are having trouble downloading this ROM from the link posted above, go ahead and download the FREE version of Astro file manager from the market. Launch the app, click on the menu button, click the "More" button, then preferences. Make sure that "Enable Browser Downloads" IS checked. Once you have done so, reboot your phone and try downloading the ROM again. Certain ROM's will have trouble downloading certain types of files.

does this ROM have the android market pre installed already? I just got a MyTouch 4G literally just 2 hours ago and rooted it. I've flashed both CM7 and MexDroid roms already and there was no android market app pre installed...and can't seem to find a download link to the .apk file.
I just want a ROM that has it pre installed >_>

Most aosp roms have a download link for gapps which has the vending.apk (market).

If you installed CM7 you need the gapps zip file for them. here ya go!

You have to download and flash the gapps for both those roms you speak of! If you download cm7 from rom manager it asks u if u want gapps. And mexdroid has a seperate thing in rom manager for gapps

No screenshots needed. It's CM7 with less bloat, transparent pull down menu and dev TDJ's demonSPEED kernel.

if you use rom manager go under "download roms" and gapps with android market is located in there. it literally takes 3 seconds to complete the process.

Working great on my end. Did u fully wipe?
Since Dillym34 is" XDA Retired", i ask him if i can use his Touch0Color Theme to make them works in new Jedi Roms. I just can't live without this Theme and would like to share my mods with others. He told me to go ahead with it. I've tried to mod the universal one and it works perfectly on JMT vX. I'm not a Themers or a Dev but not bad as modifying scripts and flashable Zips.
Works for me but at your own risk... Backup Before Flash!!!

If you want to revert, just flash the zip in the "UniversalFlasher" Folder in your phone internal storage.
i tried to flash your file in twrp 2.3.1.1 did not work gives me errors on apk files and nothing is changed
gona reflash back to 2.2.2.0
I tried flashing bu no status bar... And it keeps saying system ui has stopped. Going have to re flash rom then try again. Was it because I was on deep blue theme?

Wich Recovery ?
The Universal Theme dillym34 made works with the New Jedi Mind Trick X. No need to hurt yourselves on reflashin and reflashin cause of errors and glitches. just go to this link I'm postin and download it. Haven't tested it with the TWRP but it does work with CWM.

The one i made is based on this universal theme but 15 toggles didn't work...that's why i mod it to make it work with JMT vX

Correct, the 15 toggles aren't themed when flashing the universal one but if some can live without that feature then they can use that. I just posted this as a quick alternative to the theme you posted to get away from the stock look until everyone works out the kinks in it. I'll have a look at the script and see if I can find a work around for it.

All you have to do is open the zip with 7zip and rename
ADT-res.apk folder to Jedi-res.apk and it will make it compatible with JediMindTrickX.

The download seems to be corrupted. Tried on multiple devices and browsers.
I reflashed twrp 2.2.2.0 and the theming worked but do you know if we can flash another theme over this one
want to try the the carbon JMTv8 theme looks cleaner
and since you are from montreal do you know if there is a patch for this theme to show the 4g icon because when i flashed this theme i loose the 4g icon
i flashed the telus.zip that PTMR3 created for the JMT rom over this theme but loose all the notification bar icon from touch0color

I don't know what is going to be the results of flashing a theme over another one. probably a mix of both themes! But if u want to come back and remove Touch0Color, just flash the zip files created by the script that you can find in the "universalflasher" folder in your internal storage.
For the 4G patch, i'll take a look at the other patches done by PTMR3 and will try to adapt... probably just modify icon name in systemui.apk...
The Universal Flasher is not working good with TWRP 2.3.1.1... i remember Dillym34 already wrote something using TWRP not working with Universal Flasher... So i recommend CWM and TWRP 2.2.2.0 only to flash This... I'll edit the OP.

I redownload it and check MD5... Reflash it...it was ok.
I just add MD5 in OP and also maybe because you flashed it with TWRP 2.3.1.1... Not compatible with the Universal Flasher script!

Just wondering if there are any Flashable theme zips for the deviant jedi maater 14 rom? I see all the nice keyboard themes by apen but not any whole themes??
Mainly I ask cause you have to choose the theme during you want during aroma install, I don't wanna have to reinstall the whole.. rom again to change it, so I figured maybe there are some SEPERATE themed zips to change it via flashing.
I didnt see anything in the "goody bag" or any links

I haven't used this rom, but it looks like a souped up, debloated stock....so no gapps would be necessary.
It's also showing an aroma installer so if gapps are necessary you would have an option in the aroma to pick a gapps package.

Most google app can be downloaded and updated from google play.
If anything not working tell me and I can solve it in new build.

I fixed it. For some reason all the Google apps were in /system/app as symlinks to the /preload directory yet the only thing that existed in /preload was an MDM directory. I just downloaded the GAPPS for cm10 and extracted the necessary files and put them into the /system/app directory and all is working now.

I'll get my S2 out of the closet, dust it off and to try this out. I'm gonna use this for media consumption.... especially streaming audio.

Maybe you flashed the ROM from another recovery that doesnt support preload. Use my twrp.

I fixed it so it doesn't matter. Why are you even using preload? Normally they just install that stuff to the system/app directory.

I had take a look to all ROMs based on stock. The most move the apps to /system/app folder and the rest used the samsung way by place some app in preload so I had write new code to symlink the app from preload to system.
The ROM is debloated so there is no effect on ROM speed and app loaded at boot but If the system is full that will slowdown the device and eat more ram.
