Actually the extracting is the easy part, the main problem is porting it :/
But those are really cool features! Would love to see those on the Galaxy Nexus!

Lol thanks but actually this method only works for the international S3's As far as us in the U.S. in any carrier it wont work.. crap, guess im ging to go bug people to borrow a windows pc..

Just use Parallels to run Windows and root that way? That's what I plan on doing if I ever root mine.

is it the same VMWare? because that sh** was hard for me to use.. ill google it.. and see whats up ill get back at you..
I ended up going to bootcamp just for this phone. The drivers just weren't working well under a VM.

Desire C has armv7, our Wildfire S has armv6 that is, as the older generation. It'll be hard, and theoretically impossible.

true.we use these all cm10.1 roms with backport of frameworks.
but still with armv7 we can do many many more great things

But L isn't near release yet. It's still buggy and source isn't available yet. Once it is, I'm sure they'll upgrade

Yeah, I'm using a GEE based rom as a reference, if I need anything I grab it from that.

That's my current progress, I uploaded it for someone I'm working with on the port, log doesn't end, and it reports battery status, which is very close
anyone got the themer app working on the G3? It says it's supported but doesn't work just gives me an error.

It required the Xposed Framework to run.

Couldn't see your signature on the phone. Just looked. Yeah Quick circle isn't supported on CM but there is a mod that is early in development but works flawlessly. Link in my sig.
