There's an ENC2 file in there.... I think that's an encrypted zip if I'm not mistaken... My GUESS for samsung kies? I have no idea here to be honest....

it didn't work...
I replaced my build.prop with this then force closed the google play market and cleared data then restarted my phone but it still didn't work. am i doing something wrong???

That app will only unlock apps that arnt available in my country but i live in the uk and most apps are available here. and the game that i've been trying to search for is definately available in the uk since a few of my friends also have the game.

If you want to force a game on your Galaxy Y then download the APK's from the internet like I did most of the time it works (like with google goggles) etc...

Thats what i have done in the past but it's a pain when the app is updated since i have to search for the apk and download it. google market is alot more convenient...

and im having issues with mobile TV, is it working for you guys at all? my keeps saying that its coming to my device soon
yes i have the plan for mobile TV
im using a sgs3 from rogers, unlocked using the latest paranoid android... anyone else having issues?

I'm on virgin with tv and your on paranoid android and that's your whole problem you need to change these lines in build.prop:

You can change them all and don't worry about the PDA part. It should work. Make a backup in case you end up in bootloops.

I have made more edits in red. Try those. Remember have a backup or be prepared to reflash your ROM if it bootloops. Doing these edits everything has to be exactly right or it won't work.

No problem. It was more than likely the product model. I took out the SAMSUNG and left it just SGH-I747M. But either way glad it's working for you.

This is because of the OTA failing, apparently due to the build.prop file.
EDIT: I should have mentioned: Im running android 4.3, build version JLS36C. Thats the build prop file im trying to get/regenerate.
