A you talking about the date or time format since your stated HH:MM? Anyways, go into settings, scoll to date & time, at the bottom of the list in date&time, you should see "Select date format". Change it to any of the available formats listed.
Oh, my bad. I meant time not date.
Statusbar clock is showing the time with single dot not colon as it's supposed to.
I've already spent too much time on finding answer for this, nobody just doesn't care to answer even if they would know.

What phone model do you have? If I knew then maybe I could get an app to fix it. A custom rom should help, but I still need to know the model to find one which would.
Im using ZTE Blade.
At the moment im using Swedish Spring RLS4 and kallt_kaffe fixed that into this rom, but after i flashed Gingerbread theme into this the clock is now showing HH.MM.
I've already tried to ask kallt_kaffe, but he never replied.
So the file must be in the framework.apk, right ?

Most likely it is a bug in the theme since it happened after you installed the theme. Try removing the theme and installing a different one. You could try an ADW Gingerbread theme and see if that works. Hope it does.

Same thing happens if i use older or newer release from Swedish Spring.
And it did work before i flashed that theme, but i don't know if there's different Gingerbread themes available.

Try the one attached.
I know that i can use ADW themes, but it doesn't change the statusbar.
I found that file which has that info on it, but how do i get it into my fone.
I decompiled framework.apk and it is in framework-res.apk\res\values-fi-rFI\strings.
I want to use this Gingerbread theme http://www.mediafire.com/?lfui6wwp6u1fevb on my blade, so how do i get it into that ?
Hi,
I recently flashed my device from the Asian firmware to European firmware. After flashing, i realized that the DioPen Chinese IME is not available as it was available in my device when I first bought it. Is there anyway that I can re-install the input again into the device.
I had try using many 3rd party application in the market, but none of them satisfied me yet. If there is the way to re-install the DioPen Chinese IME, I would be happy..
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks.
Im not sure if this will work for you but here, I've extracted DioPenChineseIME.apk from a DXKPB stock firmware. I think you can install it just like a regular app.
Hope it helps.

I am able to install it, but i believe that is some missing file due to the keyboard is not popping up after enabling. Instead it crashed, and enter the "force closed" mode..
Maybe you can't install it like a regular app. By which I have no idea myself how to. The app in the market works well too though, tried before since I used em before

When the S III came out I came to enjoy the Photo Wall LWP and have used it ever since but today when I finally upgraded to the new 4.1 leak I found the apk that I have used multiple times wouldn't install it just gave a parse error.
Luckily after a little time I figured out it was not signed, so here is a copy that installs fine on the new JB leak. I just ran it through a app to sign the apk.
How can you change the default to you own gallery?
Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA Premium HD app
If you mean just using your own pictures normally it is in the settings when you select the LWP.
If you are talking permanently change the apk I don't know.
i want to change the picture to my own, not the default. I try to change the default to pictures but I cannot change the picture just click and nothing happens

Works fine for me. No problems encountered.
just tried to run this on the leaked Jb (Simplistic de-odexed), through CWM (that comes with Philz kernel) and it reported 'installation aborted', so no luck for me. I tried verification off also, that didn't work either. Just reporting my experience. thanks anyway.

FIXED Flash-able .zip: here
What is fixed:
rotation!
I used sample.zip file that I didn't modify and maybe that's why the launcher didn't work with rotation so I modified files from META-INF folder and now it flashes it correctly and rotates correctly too.
Hope you like this!
You might want to make that file available to the public, unless you want to give permission to bunches of folks.

Sorry I forgot it!
I don't usually use that site! It's now public on the web..
First of all thanks for this mod, but I'm facing a problem when screen is rotated. Toggles are messed up in Xylon ROM 0081 (s. Screens / attachment).
Also the flashable ZIP did not work. CWM 6.0.1.9 flashed it successfully but it was still the original launcher2.apk, even when I renamed the original one to .apkold, the modded apk wasn't there when I flashed the zip. So I installed ithe apk to data first, copied it to system and adjusted permissions.
I just wonder if Xylon is Odexed... Gonna check that next. If it is, is there a way to make it work?

I don't know nothing about the custom ROM "Xylon" the launcher is for stock ROMs and for ROMs what does not have modified system apps and modified framework-res.apk....
You can try to flash it by wiping cache and dalvik cache and then flash the launcher.
You can also try the ADB way if that works better.
I messed my nexus up by trying to theme framework-res.apk and when I flashed my ROM again and this launcher then now it does not rotate... I don't know why.. but before it worked..
flash-able zip is fixed now..
Works good with MMuzzys Toroplus ROM
The new ZIP is working now and on Paranoid Android launcher rotation is working thanks to you. Toggles not messed up beyond repair. Still wondering about issue with Xylon rom, as it uses the stock launcher by default... But I still don't know if and how much it was modded.

The toggles seem fine on the stock 4.2.1 ROM. It stretches the top row just a hair to make them fit but it doesn't look out of sort to be honest.
Confirmed working on PURITY 1.1...

Sorry had to repost the link... In the XDA app there were a few tags destroying it and I was somehow annoyed to quote the first post, delete the tags from the link and then copy paste it into my browser everytime I deleted the file from my storage... Hope you're okay with that

Hi, thanks so much for this, I needed it because of a custom car dock and I don't want to install car dock apps when they're just unnecessary bloatware.
Is there any way to rotate the lock screen, too, or is that something entirely different? It would be most helpful. Not a fan of pattern lock sideways (but obviously, I can make do!).
Thanks again!

To enable lock screen rotation you must modify framework-res.apk
AW: Jelly Bean 4.2.1 OTA Launcher with rotation (deodexed apk) flashable
I'm running the latest Xylon rom (13/03/14), it supports lockscreen rotation in the settings menu... And I've also seen it with several other roms yet, like AOKP or atom I think.

It's a VRTheme - just copy it to your N7 and flash it in recovery (either TWRP or CWM).
Hey few questions
First is there did you get the icons from. Do you have Amy HTC ones? Or any other interesting ones?
Also what happens when i want to update my rom. Do i have to re flash?

Its Easy. No need to change roms or anything.
Just install the application mentioned in this post "forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2219804" and remember you need to have busybox installed or it wont work. It worked for me on my Nexus 7, as you can see in the screenshot attached. Hit thanks if I helped you.
