You need a backup program to do that ie; titanium Backup can do that for you & then u can restore them
Note : u need root access too

A you install cwm on your phone? When you flash a rom via cwm kernel is already present and settled in the same time as the rom

If you are flashing ROM with Odin it includes everything. No need to flash separately.
I've never used TWRP but with cwm or odin everything is included in the file you flash. You want to install a Custom ROM or original?

i want install custom rom.
Choose one that suits you and then you follow the tutorial, I think that there is no big difference between TWRP and cwm. Do not forget to make a backup just in case. Then do the wipe and flash rom's that you have chosen. And enjoy

Dear Folks,
i want to ask if Radio and Ril from Post 4 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2052441) is still needed to flash seperately or not...
Base of that Rom changed, but not that Radio and Ril....
Thanx in Advance.
With odin you flash at the same time somewhat Both files.

Well,
that doesnt answer my question. I wanted to ask if thats still needed,or already included in that Rom.
Available Ril and Modem were taken from XXDLK7;but Proprierary Files are taken from DLL5.
Good day. For a long time, I have flashed the I9190 version of CMD, because it works. I have sacrificed the 4g and NFC function for stability. For the life of me, I can't figure how to flash the I9195 version, I'm stuck with many errors like "ro.something.i9195" error, even on complete wipe and reset. Have I missed anything?
Any suggestion?
Thanks
Sent from my GT-I9190 probably.
You probably need to flash the 9195 recovery first.
Yeah, I tried that, it didn't work. Thanks.

You can edit the updater script and remove the first lines like get prop something and then it should work fine

I'm not at home atm, but I will try for sure. Thanks!

That worked perfectly! Thanks to both of you!
My question sounds stupid i know but it's my first attempt to root a phone (its my first phone) so I'm pretty clueless. I read a lot about rooting in general. I then went to look for a decent method to root my phone but i found too many which is really confusing. In really good at computers too.

Oh and my warranty is already over so i don't really care about triggering Knox

Android 4.3

Well, I'm not aware of roots for the 4.3, last one I made is for 4.4.2 but I'm pretty sure if you search Into the forum you can find a root method for the 4.3, there must be some tutorials on YouTube too
