I believe that is PIE launcher which is found in the ParanoidAndroid http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1800268, I don't think it comes as something separate though.
Yea that isn't a launcher but rather a new control system. It hides your status bar and navigation bar so you have a full screen experience.
Its called PIE from Paranoid Android Rom.

LMT launcher works great on the nexus 7. Use home button launcher
If you need more shortcuts.
Lmt launcher and pie from paranoid android are two separate things. The Lmt launcher comes by itself. You can find it.by searching xda.

Err, what? So much misinformation. PIE controls and LMT Launcher are basically identical, if not exactly the same thing.
Also, LMT Launcher is not a 'Launcher' in the sense you guys are thinking. It runs on top of your current launcher and I believe has more features than PIE.
Here's a picture of it running on RasbeanJelly with TSF Shell.
Looks identical to me.
Wouldn't running this on top of something else cause lag or slowness? I would rather have either one or the other, right?

Its live in the market now. Doesn't slow it down at all ,great soft key replacement on a tablet IMHO, its right there by your thumb with a quick slide.

How do you get PIE to work on the nexus 7 WIFI only. It didn't work for me on Paranoid Android jellybean 4.2.1 or 4.2.2. I looked in the settings for pie and Its not listed the the security screen lock section. I played with the PIE settings in the control center and I still don't know how to get it to display. What do I need to do?

Mine works. I set my pie gravity to "bottom". You have to hold power button and toggle "expanded desktop" then swipe up and hold from the bottom edge (or left, right, up depending on set gravity)

When using app it will need to kind of pass the original lock screen and then go to widget locker or such ... it is kind of why it seems glitchy when you use one but if you flash one it works right away ... I just never liked the way widget locker did

Well, when you install an app, aren't you manually putting files on your phone?
More seriously, an app is just running on top of Android. It has to overide the current locksreen in the operating system and work around it. Otherwise, you're literally changing how the operating system works if you flash something like TSM parts.

If you use WidgetLocker, be sure to enable RootHelper in settings and HomeHelper, optionally, and watch the glitches go away. You'll never see your stock lockscreen again.
Another thing you can do, which I used to do on my Evo 4G and 3D (only if you're not using a lockscreen password) is disable the stock lockscreen, and then use ButtonRemapper to make the volume keys NOT wake the phone. That way you 100% will NEVER see your stock lockscreen. When WidgetLocker tells you in the instructions that it's impossible to disable the stock lockscreen and not have all buttons wake the phone, it's bs. For some reason ButtonRemapper doesn't display keys correctly on the GSII, but I think there's a separate GS version that works fine. You can get it on XDA for free.

I dunno how many of you people have come across this extremely useful application called "GMD gesture control". Just tried it and thought its worth enough to share it with our s3 community.
With this app we can navigate the ui with simple gesture controls.
Highlights:
* emulate physical buttons via gesture(yes, no need to long press menu for recents apps anymore )
* multi touch gestures
* much more
Lite version here
Pro version here
App thread in xda is here
as this app (pro version) is extremely handy with custom gestures i request you guys to try it and share your idea about the custom gestures here with the community
Here is my customized gesture for recents app list

I prefer two/three finger swipe to move previous or next app/task.
Definitely agree with recommending this app. I've been using it for months on my Acer Iconia Tab A500 and it was the second app I installed on my S3 when I got it. I don't think my gestures are anything really special, but the latest 4.0.x updates (to the app, not Android) have added MANY new possible gestures that simply weren't feasible before.
I've yet to play around with it enough, but has anyone made any awesome new gestures with the latest update?

Select Wallpapers, then tap Live Wallpapers, then Ubuntu Live Wallpaper
Then press Set Wallpaper at the bottom
P.S. You can Double tap to switch between battery or time + date
P.P.S If you are using the XDA app none of the links will open. To solve this you need to press the three dots on the top right hand corner and click Browser. Then the desktop page will open and all the links will work
Looks nice, I will give a try

Hey guys, I wanted to add this video here that I used to achieve a somewhat similar look and feel without spending the big bucks on TSF shell. Hope this helps guys.
Ubuntu style using Apex or Nova
The video says to use Apex but I am using nova and was able to produce the same results. Here is my setup atm:

Can someone tell me the names of his livewallpapers he used at the end of the video?
My Chrome OS theme for the Nexus 7 and Nexus 4. Apex and Nova launcher made.
Buzz Launcher support won't be an option. To early of a launcher to hop on at the moment, and currently doesn't even support icon packs *yet*. Don't expect a release when it does though.

FAQ / FIXES
Plusos image problem -
Here is the video explaining about the plusos widget in UCCW with people getting blurry images!
Will this have buzzlauncher support?
-No, not yet at least. Buzz launcher is a cool launcher, but I believe it is to early of a launcher to start building to.
I HATE PIE CONTROLS. Any work around?
-I strongly recommend pie controls because it gets the best real estate of the screen. I am working on custom softkeys for people who hate the PIE controls.

That is not it. It's the same concept, but his uses buzz launcher, and even though it may look fancy, it is just wallpapers with apps on it.
My YouTube video is processing now.

This looks great. Thank you for taking the time to make a tutorial.
I just have one request, could you share the two wallpapers you use on the Nexus 4? They go really well with the theme. Thanks

Updated the dropbox with UZIP files! My fault for anyone getting white boxes! Accidentally uploaded .uccw files instead of the .uzips
Hopefully getting my hands on a N10! This would absolutely look stunning on that tablet.
