This is very normal... It is basically a "take a number" system that puts you into a queue as to not overwhelm the bandwidth of the servers providing the updates.
If you keep checking back, at some point your "number" will be up, and you will be able to start downloading.
I usually check back every hour-ish and during one attempt you will get your updates

Thanks.. this means that there is a new update available from Samsung and I am in queue to get the update. I recently upgraded to DMA6.. Is there a new update already out there. If yes then which one and how is its performance and baytery life.. plz let me know...

You can update via kies.
But in that case you will have to download the 1gig rom...

Twitter tweet box being covered by keyboard

This is only happening with 4.2.2 ROMs. As of now I am using Task650. What the problem is is that on Twitter when I compose a new tweet the box does not resize itself if the keyboard pops up. Is this a version error or an error with Twitter itself because of compatibility with newer versions of Android?

Twitter app issue.
Is this happening for anyone else on 4.2.2?
Sent from my SGH-I747 using xda app-developers app
i'm pretty sure it will happen to everyone with stock rom as well.
it's the app issue, not the rom.
When you're done typing in the tweet box, hit the back button your phone for the keyboard to minimize. That work?

I think 4.2 itself is causing Twitter to have this bug. I went back to stock settings and Twitter is fine now

If your device is running a custom kernel or recovery that will make the update fail. OTA checks first that your firmware has not been modified in any way....use ODIN PC or mobile Odin to update.
Any links or tutorials to fix this sir?

Try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1923956
Or restore to stock firmware.
As glevitan said flash manually the latest firmware via Odin to have the control!
Any more suggestions to fix this? Pls help...

I am having this issue on my non-root note 2, I can fix it by removing the SD card and run the update again.

[Q] disabling 'system update available' message

Hello,
I flashed Calkulin's ROM a few weeks ago and I got the 'system update available' message this morning.
Is there a way to disable this message, since I am not planning to apply the system update.
Thank you in advance.
Yes, quite a few. If you use Xposed Framework there is a Syscope Blaster module. If not look for FOTAkill, I know it's somewhere in the General section.

Thank you very much.
I also noticed that it appeared under the Task Manager as 'Google Services Framework'. I killed the app and it's gone for now. It will probably re-appear when I reboot.
