TWLauncher with scrolling wallpapers and rotation

Here is the stock launcher modded to allow wallpaper scrolling and rotation. In order to set a wallpaper to scroll, you need to use an app that allows you to set scrolling wallpapers, I personally use the 4.2 camera/gallery. Use root explorer and replace in /system app, then reset permission to rw-r-r.

As Chaz said it's for SecLauncher2, but I would imagine the mod would work on SecLauncher4 as well.

It will just change your seclauncher4.apk to seclauncher4.bak, rename seclauncher4.apk to seclauncher4.apk reboot and profit

Not sure that will work, but if u want attach your SecLauncher4 and I'll have it back later. Otherwise, I'll post the SecLauncher2 for you. I'll make a generic one in a bit, mine is themed and the strings.xml is modded a little.

I'll decompile it in a little while and see if the edits are the same. It won't cut off the widgets.

Yeah I decompiled the apk and compared the two and couldn't find it either. But then again I wasn't sure what I was looking for!

ANDROID...A New Digital Revolution Of Incredible Developers
Have been using the transparent AccuweatherPhone2013.apk with my current launcher which is the seclauncher4.apk. Guess Samsung changed up a few lines of code for landscape. louforgiveno posted in Themes/apps a link to rotating home screen...but I was never able to get the Accuweather 2013.apk to show up in the widgets. Some worked but wouldn't rotate to landscape. Maybe it might help.

Hey ianmb......some time ago I had to reflash smoothest and re-wipe....anyway after that....(still on og version 1.1 of smoothest) The accuweather widget was there and works fine....just fyi

Transparent one should also work. I have not used the rotating launcher recently but I always have the transparent widget and am pretty sure it worked fine.

But I would have to say somehow this has improved my battery life from the stock launcher from darthstalker (was using his 5x5 scrolling).
And it seems a lot more fluid when scrolling.

OK, the same answer works for all of you...the 2013 accuweather wont work on anything other than the stock desktop. but i can say that the note2 accuweather used to work. the one in the OP is beautiful widgets. im gonna test that and see if it works, if so I'll post it up for everyone to use too.

If your talking about in TWRP than thats normal unless youve got it plugged into a usb device.

Yes, if you want another aircommand or stock one, go to my aircommand theme thread and choose different one, it only overwrites the aircommand theme.

Zip is valid. I don't have no idea about flash gordon. Some people who used it managed to get it work.

[MOD] Tw 4.3 240dpi mod

Tested on older sky note air from december
Tested on newest sky note air g1.5(thanks chadrick)

All credit to mannyvinny for the mod..these are just the steps I took to get it fully working for me.
1. DL MOD and put on sd card
2. Flash mod..then clear cache and dalvik
3. Once booted, use a root explorer and navigate to system/app and delete seccontacts.apk
4. Using a root explorer navigate to your skynote rom.zip and explore into it system/app and extract seccontacts.apk
5. Now take the contacts apk you extracted from original rom [not the 240dpi mod] and copy and paste it to your system/app folder and reboot.
6. Now you should have phone amd contacts icons working. (Phone dialer is miss aligned but no biggie)
NOTES:***
1. EMAIL will FC once..just clear data on it.
2. If you don't like 240dpi just dirty flash your rom
3. If you want auto correct on keyboard then open feature.xml in system/csc and near bottom change "disable auto correct" to false and save and reboot

Weird.
I would just yank calender from whatever rom your on and push it to system.

I'll try that. I'll keep you updated
EDIT: tried both calender apps, deleted and re-pushed to system from original rom zip. No luck on fix. But I think it's just the widget app that's giving the problem and I can't seem to find that app

This replaces the keyboard. You still have symbols just press the sym button

No I mean I have them if I hit the sym button but I lose them on the letter itself is there any way to keep the same keyboard like on your mean bean rom?
