Alright I'm getting a sgh-t999.
I just want to get some things straight first. The sgh-t999v has the quad core, and 400m gpu, and is only sold in Canada? Is this correct?

I believe the unlock thread is in the General section.
Check what frequencies both carriers use, and if they match up it should work.

Bell uses different frequencies than videotron. I think voice will work, but not data.
