Never got 6 hours of screen time on this phone. I have power save mode on and have my brightness to 0. I always have 4G on as I don't have Wi-Fi at the moment and my coverage is excellent according to T-Mobiles map. no matter what I run, stock or not its always this bad result.

Android OS shouldnt be taking up more than you screen on... what is going on within that folder... my suggestion woukd be to find out why that is going haywire first and then try to run a full day to see the battery life results.... if you cant figure out why that is going crazy then. Just flash the latest Jedi Master 9 rom and try that out....
Here is what I have for today

PhX is right, ur OS is taking up too much battery life. What apps do u have running, one of those could be a silent killer in the background

Check ur tmo apps settings, all that bloatware crap could be running in the background and restarting itself after killing it. I noticed u have the tmo notification in ur bar.

Who me? I like my battery life on my phone..
Sent from my SGH-T889 using xda app-developers app
You could get better... Android OS doesnt need and shouldnt be up to where it is... my screen time is generally 40 to 50% higher than anything else... better batter stats and tasker are good apps to keep your phones' background/start up protocols in order...
Even without those apps, a full day of use with 5hrs Screentime or 8+hrs Screentime, stock, without a charge s absolutely nothing to complain about. But when you can get 60+ hours (obviously with minimal usage) or ~11hrs Screentime using those 2 apps, isnt that better

3g shouldn't be an issue since it runs on CDMA no SIM card. It would be an issue for LTE if there is a problem with the embedded sim card.
Try to choose CDMA only in data connection, if it works, there is an issue with the embedded SIM, and you should take it to SPRINT or make a warranty exchange.
Are you sure you flashed the right ROM? To talk to SPRINT you better go back to stock, unroot and lock bootloader
