I dont think that is the reason, but Android 2.3 has this behaving for the batterystatus. This is reported on every phone running Android 2.3.x.

Its normal. When u unplug charger its not 100% but 99,9993034534645 So battery shows 99% I have it also

This is not the way to work the math hehe; if the number is equal or higher than 99.5 then it should show up 100 otherwise if lower , then shows up 99. So I think its a firmware trouble like someone before have said.

I was starting to think that there was something wrong with my phone, since my wife's Galaxy Ace goes all the way up to 100%.
Thanks for clearing this up guys!
Any suggestion 2 fix dis..

There is no problem, this is by design, so there is nothing to be fixed.
So after over a year of flashing, i think i bricked my phone. I cant get into download mode. Now is my second to last option is to leave the battery out for a few hours? Last option of course..sprint but i would try to try everything out first?? Thanks in advance...
Yep leave the battery out for a bit... take the sd card out also... after a bit plug your phone into the cpu with odin up and running (with the battery out) and hold down 1 and power... now slide the battery in and out continuously until you get into download mode... hope you get it...

I was in the same boat until a few minutes ago.
For me the trick was plugging to USB cable into the back ports of my desktop PC. I had tried different ports in my laptop, the front ports of my desktop, and the battery-in-battery-out thing. I also did break down and get a cable from Radio Shack. I thought I could cheat with a powered USB hub.
Now I am back to stock EC05 Froyo. Only trick is finding a place to download an EI22 or EL30 rom now that all the mega-upload sites have been taken down.
Many thanks for all the suggestions. I almost bought an Epic Touch -- which I really don't want.
I dread the day i upgrade too...im thinking touch or the nexus that sprint is getting in march i heard. The funny thing is after i unbricked my phone..i manually upgraded to el30..rooted my phone..and stopped..im actually enjoying the stock experience lol..i guess since i havent played with it in over a year...the battery life and signal is actually pretty good..i went 13 hours with 82 percent left...impressive. I love where android is going!! I do miss CM7 doe

Its simple..
MAke sure you have the Nitro drivers installed.
Extract the zip file
inside of it is the drivers for our device and the application
Double click on the application and put your phone in pc mode
*NOTE WONT INSTALL WITH LESS THEN 50% BATTERY*
It will delete everything from you device so make a backup if needed
Installing now. fingers crossed at 10% now.

There is at first boot. I flashed mine twice that just what I always do. The camera, camcorder, front camera all work great. Its hard to tell for lag its better then GB and snappier.. It may taje a few days and putting apps on it to se ehow it functions as a daily driver
If I understand right there is no way to get root for this firmware for now?

Alright, As the title says I'm having a battery issue. I just bought the phone used, unlocked it, Flashed CM 10.1, and ever since changing ROMs the battery hasn`t gone down below 100%. I've let the battery go flat, wipe Battery_stats.bin. Issue remains un resolved. I also tried to recalibrate using an app, still no improvement. Any ideas on how it can be fixed? Anyone out there having same/similar problems?
EDIT: Also, I`m rooted & have CWM installed.
let me get this straight
your battery is always full?
Try With Change Your Kernel. But Must Match with Recomendation ROM Kernel.

Alright, Is there a thread or tutorial i could follow? Thanks for the help!
guys i have too much battery drain
Android System 20%
Android OS 10%
im on ARHD 31.2 Stock kernel and i installed it with all wipe types
and didnt activate the blinkfeed yet
any advices
cause i'v seen people says that sense 5 improved their battery life !
You don't understand what the stats are telling you. Firstly, the stats you cite are the percentage of battery USED, not USE. Besides, if you actually used your phone, you would see other factors recorded in higher proportion (such as Screen).
If you really believe you have drain, search for Best Battery Stats and install then carefully follow the advice in the thread dedicated to BBS. None of this is cutting edge stuff.

Apps like that close processes that are currently running before they are finished and then android starts them up again.
Then starts the closing restart cycle and it's bye bye battery.
My had advice would be to remove/disable apps you don't use.
