Well, you really have to give more information( e.g: what kernel). And provide us with all the steps you did to achieve this bootloop
This was sent from my Xperia arc using xda developers app....press thanks if I helped
Thanks for answering.....
OK
My kernel is doomlord(doomkernel) 22
And I'm coming from xgamer rom
To install the rom .....
Wipe data/ factory reset.
Wipe davlik cache.
And then install the zip.....
When I trun on the phone ...
The rom icon does not show up
I just have a black screen!

I went on and read the SE Tweaked rom thread. It says in the instructions, that after you boot the screen will go BLANK and it will take a while to boot. Did you give it appr.10 min to boot for its first time? Or you just pulled out the battery and proclaimed its a bootloop.

But if you are sure all the steps were done right, then try to flash another kernel

So guys i have a problem...
When i install a custom rom like CM9 B4 by arco or MIUI v4 RC2 i got a bootloop...
So if i reflash the stockrom with ODIN, it goes in bootloop but if i do a factory reset and clean cache from stock recovery it boots...
This doesn't work with ANY custom rom...
Any solutions?
(I flash Custom-roms with ClockworkMOD 6.0.1.9 by arco, and stock rom rooted)

Download directly from your device then boot into recovery. Then simply wipe / factory reset. Then flash! Please make a backup before doing so.

Well, I have tried a lot of roms and the best i have came upon was the omega rom. nearly as close to stock as the only change i have found was the toggles icon and color was changed to a blue one and if you want awesome battery go for the perseus kernel 36.something
I've never used ODIN to flash only to root

It has been caused by some of your mods. may be acid (it happened to me on a very early builds) or may be something else.
