I think any Meelectronics in-ear headset with P in the product name would be more than enough. You just need to select the model that best suits your needs/wallet . I recommed M9P as a good start, and they're not expensive.
Look at this post, this is my second recommendation of Meelec.
Here's one review.
i had the same problem..i just made my own,cut off the moto earphones about 3" from the ear piece and the same on some you like.two wires one coloured and one bare, solder them to the replacement ones and get some cheap shrink sleeveing,it looks good and works a treat.
Thanks
Yesterday i visited many of shops to test various headsets... luckily shops do have test pieces.. After checking at-least 10 headsets found one for my defy.
It is ..Samsung headset.. which is original headset comes with Samsung Champ mobile pack. Dealer agreed and opened a brand new box for me and gave me headset.
Sound is very decent and mainly for the money it is pure gold...
Thank you all guys for your valuable suggestions.
I don't want wireless or bluetooth I need a wired headset with mic coming out. Can someone suggest one or would it work with 3.5mm plug?

Any wired headset with 3.5mm connector will work with Galaxy S III
This is for phone conversations right? I will be working from home so I need it to work perfectly
I'll sell you one. I got the Nocs NS200 but I accidentally got the one button (with mic) version instead of the 3 button that I wanted. Haven't even used them. Opened them up, was disappointed n put them back

You have no idea how WRONG you are.
Galaxy S 3 is one the most picky phones I've ever owned, it's almost as bad as the worst phone ever - LG Nitro HD.
Just go to your local RadioShack and ask them to test all available headsets, see how many of them will be 100% working (sound, mic, music and phone calls). I'll bet at least half of them will only work for music, some will work for phone calls only when plugged in AFTER call was established. Not to mention remote buttons...(I've done just that with 5 headsets they had that could be re-packaged, only one worked)
This is ridiculous. I've already contacted Samsung regarding this, they politely asked me to piss off. The SkullCandy headphone manufacturer also said "bad luck, come again".
Now using piece of sh.t off brand headset, which works perfectly, but with terrible sound.
SkullCandy FIX don't work, however "fake" SkullCandy FIX (black and white with only one button) work fine, but they lasted 1 week before wire broke.
Wired Headset with Microphone
You may want to try Klipsch s4A. It is especially made for Android phones.
im using urbanears bagis.. been using it during the s2 days and now on the s3.. mic works excellently and the earplugs produce excellent sound quality as well..

I'm using Skullcandy's FMJ on my S3. It has a one button mic and I am able to answer calls and end calls with it. Also when not used for calls, pressing it once will play the music player, pressing it twice would play the next song but I can't go back to the previous song though. Pretty much good for me already.
Erm, yeah same here.... Had the basic skull candy ink set, and now a similar set. Both have worked perfectly..... Cheap too at a tenner a pair.....

I am using the Sony XBA-2VP at the moment (right in the middle of Sony's line of balanced armature IEMs). The mike works well on calls as well as with Power Amp.
Wish Sony would release the XBA-3 or XBA-4 for Android (as they have for the iPhone)....
Kind regards
So far everyone who say this and that works fine, refer only to these in-ear type headsets. What about normal buds type, that don't go inside the ear?
Hello all,
Is it possible to pair 2 bluetooth headphones (or earpieces) to the Galaxy note 2 at the same time?
So two people can listen to music from the same phone at the same time ?
Ive searched the internet & had no luck.

I was recently searching about this setup. Closest I found (off another website can't remember) was the Sena SM10.
http://www.senabluetooth.com/products/sm10.php?tab_menu=overview
I just ordered "Monoprice Rechargeable Bluetooth Audio Transmitter and Splitter" for that purpose and crossing my fingers.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AJHAYCS/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I had previously tried Kokkia dual stream (~$60), but it was very flaky, so I had returned it. I may have to try out that Sena transmitter if Monoprice one doesn't work out either.
there's a new multi stream adapter out now that works great.
how-to-fix-earbuds.blogspot.com/2012/01/how-to-connect-two-bluetooth-headphones.html
No fix for that ?
I wish I could listen with a friend .
Or
Bluetooth and Earphone simultaneous ( at the same time )
Is that possible via software ?
I just read that the new galaxy s8 has this feature so apparently it's technically possible but not easy to duplicate. I would really like to have a working code for an android app and use this feature.
all blue tooth devices of the same type use the same digital address for example im trying to use 2 bludeo headphones at the same time but cant do it .
Because one transmitter is addressing only one digital address and not 2 , so if i try to connect a second headphone it will disconnect the first , even though it shows a second headphone on the list.
even if you buy and run a second transmitter you will still only connect to 1 headphone this is because the headphones all use and digital address of (0000).
it may be possible though to buy a device that will run simultaneous or multiple streams to Bluetooth devices with the same address.
What is a good one to get. I'm looking for one with good audio, good talk audio

Sony Wireless Headset Pro maybe?
I'm in a process of finding one myself. I want one that has a 3.5mm jack so that I can use any headphones with it.
One of the most important things is the presence of AptX codec for sending the encoded data over bluetooth. You can start from here and read reviews.
If you buy something please report back with impressions. I'll do the same.
Wish you nice day!
I like to use bluetooth headsets to talk to the phone. With all my previous phones (samsung,lg,zte, huawei) I have always used Nokia bluetooth headsets. With this phone people don't hear me good with my Nokia headsets. So can anyone suggest me a headset that works perfectly with the One?
Plantronics Voyager Legend. I've had many BT headsets, and this one is the best by far. I can stand 2 feet away from a running diesel engine, and the person on the other end asks me why I'm shouting. The noise cancellation is just unbelievable with this thing.

That site doesn't help. I know where to buy bluetooth headsets and I know that generally all are compatible with the phone. What I would like to know is from users that use bluetooth headsets if they have to suggest a specific bluetooth headset that they use and know that it doesn't make noise to them or to the others that they talk with.
take this with a grain of salt as I don't use the phone feature that much.
my old LG hbs-700 worked very well, great sound and good phone reception as well, I received or placed phones while in gym, biking, etc.
I know there is a newer version featuring apt-x as well, you might wanna search for reviews on this.
since then I moved to on-ear headsets, I really like this telme2 headset I bought a couple of months earlier, good sound again, very rich, apt-x, no lag streaming audio from tv; I have also used mostly to receive calls, no complaints here, the phone reception is OK on both ends.
I also own the sennheiser mm 400-X, I have used very little for calls, but seems to do the job OK. however this latter device it's much more expensive, imo too expensive to justify its features..

Check out this Plantronics Explorer Bluetooth headset....and I believe you will like it for sure...I am using it from last 1 year and they are just as like the most loyal gadget to me... it has a great noise cancellation feature...pretty adjustable and very fine grip...it does not create any problem in any sense at all...So I really like it...I got this one for $ 19 - Shipped and I will seriously thank the reseller for this product as it was very impressive one and worth of cost too....
Thanks !!!!
