Which ones do you want to port from XT ? AFAIK we already had some media apps, new task switcher, bootanimation, lockscreen,..and something i don't remember. Perhaps new dialer & messaging will come out this weekend.

You can use the small app for lt26i.

The version made for Xperia S .55 works fine on Acro S .55.
Just remember to deodex your rom first, and not to use wrong systemui which doesn't support running small apps after.

For custom kernels : you can't
For official/SONY stock kernels : you can

Yes, you can use the 4.2 Camera, either a patched one or by changing build.prop. Search for more info.
