Hello guys,
Any good Rally Racing game you can recommend tho me?
Also, asphalt 7 is awesome in my iPad so I want in my nexus too, would I be able to get my progress in my nexus using my same Facebook profile?. Google play have it for .99c and gameloft site have it for $2.99 is there any difference?
What other good games console like are out there?

Rally Racing? Likes a game similar to Dirt? Race of Champions is the closest thing I could find.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=m94CTguzqqA
Reckless Racing 2 might interest you. Need for Speed Most Wanted is another good racer.
I would not recommend getting Asphalt 7... The game is not optimized and does not have nearly the same graphics as the iPad version. If you do some file modding, you can enable the effects, but the game is so laggy it's basically unplayable.
Probably best to post here instead: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1771129
I will checkout reckless,, ROC looks cool on the video also, wish we can have DIRT on our nexus
I notice that asphalt 7 on Gameloft mobile site says asphalt 7 HD. And cost triple the price than play market,, could it be a optimized tablet version?

I own the gameloft "version" as I dont have a credit card, but there is no difference to the Play Store edition (except being uncapable of updating it through play store)
Btw I'd recommend Beach Buggy Blitz ,if you like this special kind of "rally"
Beach buggy is very cool and the best off all so pretty dam good graphic for a free game,,
Good point about updating outside play store,, asphalt 7 keeps updating new cool stuff every month or so in my iPad, so no asphalt 7 on my nexus

I've tried Modern Combat 3 and NOVA 3 and neither were very good. Critical Strike is alright but somewhat lacks polish. Does anyone know a good online CoD/Halo style shooter for the N7?

For me the sensitivity on MC3 cant go high enough. But the overall smoothness of the game is great.
I think nova 3 needs a good update for the nexus 7. The frame rate is not a good as it was on my galaxy nexus.
Still though these are two very good games and i dont think the OP will not find any better cod/halo like online shooters.

MC3 seems to be the best out of all of them I suppose, I just have a problem where the game keeps disconnecting even when sitting in the same room as my router. NOVA 3 needs an update to fix the frame rate on the Nexus 7, and Critical Strike lacks the polish of the other two games.

Dead Space. Zeus Arena (Quake 3). Mass Effect.
CS Online is fun. Can't think of others. That Zombie game everyone loves. Um... yea. Not all the above are FPS but all are console quality. Also check out Batman and Spiderman, heard they're awesome.
I really enjoy Order and Chaos and Heroes Call (rpgs)
Delver and Deadly Dungeons are old school FPSs.

Hey guys I just want to share a game that ITS completely worth the money, its by far the best game I ever played on my Android device ( and Ive played a lots of them ).
Im not promoting it or anything like that becouse I didnt create it, I just want to let you know that its a great and adictive game, it runs perfectly on the nexus and the graphics are beautiful indeed.
Its called Rayman Jungle Run

That game didn't work on my Gnex
I would download the required files through the app and nothing
Just got rayman jungle run, noticed its number 1 on new paid game list, so its quite popular at the moment, like it so far but like most mobile games it only offers minimal levels an short gameplay but good otherwise, android games certainly won't replace your psvita or 3ds handheld just yet.
hey Sonic is that you ?

Great Little War Game and Great Big War Game. You can easily spend hours playing. A bit of a battery hog though.

I have to admit I am addicted to Rayman Jungle Run. It is way to much fun and adds a lot of replay value trying to get every sprite-esque thing and its way to easy to control. In addition, Jetpack Joy Ride, Bad Piggies, and Granny Smith are all equally addicting.
Jet pack Joyride by: half brick. It's free, fast and fun.

I play uplink on my Acer Iconia A500 but can't install it on my Galaxy Nexus and would like too. It's for Tablet only and I'm using Paranoid Android and would like a hint to bypass the tablet only feature and install it on my Gnex at least to try it even if it might be too small.
Thanks everyone.
On my GNeX my favorite games are F18 Carrier Landing & Air Navy Fighters, "StockMarket" (Not a game but since it's not real money I consider it a game, Asphalt7.
ok so ive seen a few online realtime multiplayer games online, is there any one that you guys are playing? whats the best one? and by best i mean one that doesnt make you put some work in then say you cant progress unles you buy stuff with real cash lol
is galaxy on fire a realtime multiplayer? im looking for a game i can play online with other people and continue to play when ever i have free time, like a 3rd person quest sorter game but im not really into elves n wizards n stuff lmao :silly:
Well, it's not exactly an adventure game, but it's 3rd person and it's online, you cab try Shadowgun: Deadzone- it's a shooter game.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app
Galaxy On Fire is a single player space sim that's only free for a bit. The full game is £7.95. Its well worth it though.
As mentioned Shadowgun: Deadzone is really the way forward. Get involved.

It's made by lameloft aka Gameloft, so I personally don't recommend it,
Sent from my Nexus 7 using XDA Premium HD app
Order and Chaos is fun. Recommended. Very popular.
There are several online multiplayer games where everyone runs around. Deadtrigger is what kids here these days are playing. Better buy a controller though.
There was a real time bowling game posted here somewhere. That was pretty sweet.
Most are shooting games.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using XDA Premium HD app
Monkey Poop Fling has real time multiplayer, vs your phone, and single player modes. And you get to fling monkey poop!
Crash Drive 2 is real time with other players. Super Stickman (2?) might be too, seems I saw it in there once.
Pba bowling and real boxing
Bowling is cool
But real boxing you have to pay to have skill and it costs 20$and everyone I ever played online has 100% skill. ....what a lame ****ing game. ..

Unfortunately, I'm a bit confused with the existing games for android..
We have HD Open World Games, like GTA 3 and Vice City,..
Good shooter, like Critical Strike, Gamelofts upcoming Blitz Brigade, Shadowgun, Modern Combat,..
Farmville stuff,.. Point & Click Games,.. HD Car Racing Games,..
HD (Console) Games like Dead Space,..
Hell, we even have Minecraft...
But, why are there no Old school Jump & Run games..?
Like Rayman (No Runner Games..) Jak & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank..
I even haven't heard of any news that they're coming..
The point of this thread, is to collect (and discuss) information about developers that are working or planning to work on J&R Games...
If there's a thread like this, please show me the way, since I haven't found a thread, especially for a good gaming device like the Nexus 7..
We have like everything that is possible, even HE Open World games so I'm wondering what's up with some nice Jump & Run games..
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda premium
Sonic 4? There is even a THD version.
+ Cordy and Killer Bean Unleashed just popped into my mind. Personally I don't like any of them too much, without controller it's just annoying for me to fail because of the touch controls.
AW: Am I Right..? [Games]
I know these games, and some of them are quite good, but they're side scrolled games.. I thought more of J&R games with an 3D environment.. I feel like no one is interested in these kind of games ^^'

I think more than Jak & Daxter for the ps2, or Ratchet and Clank, an "open world" game, which is based on jump & run, I can't give another example since there's nothing for android :/
Just imagine GTA, with cartoony graphics and more jumping and climbing than shooting

Think we can spoof to say a Galaxy S4 so we can install so many games that otherwise will not install ?.
Mass Effect , Ashphalt 7 , Need For Speed , Dead Space the list could go on and on.
Ill bet most of these games would work fine on our device and i tried Market Helper but that didnt work so im looking for an alternative.
