i recently bought the LG optimus G E973.
i would like to root it, but looking around these forums i found out i do need to downgrade to E97310f as i am currently on E97310H.
could anyone please give me the official LG E97310f ROM for bell.

well this is my first post on the forum so i really hope this wasn't supposed to go to the themes and apps section.
so I've got a Bell Canada Optimus E973
not rooted
I'm new to the phone and android in general so please bear with me.
however after extensive searching the only thing i managed to find about the LG launcher and themes is the installation information and how to port it to other non LG ICS devices.
the simple question is can additional themes be installed?
the more complex one is if not can a theme be 'modified' ie extract one of the LGHome3_Theme....apk modify/change it and repack and install?
second part of question 2 - can this be done without rooting the phone.

This is my first post! Im another long time iDevice user that has decided to migrate to Android forever!
Well here i go:
I just got a T-Mobil Galaxy Note II and unlocked it following the instructions HERE by entering to a hidden menu through dialing *#197328640#
It worked perfect. My Note II is unlocked now.
However KIES is saying there is an updated version for my Note II and i'm not sure if this update will keep my unlock or not. Here detailes about my Note II:

Android 4.1.1
Baseband : T889UVALJ1
Kernel: 3.0.31 - 260018

Taking an OTA update or flashing ROM's will NOT remove the unlock.... you are good to go!!!
