When I plug my phone to a laptop or computer it says that I have already 4.2.1 but then when I check my phone I see 4.1.1 and that I don't see the updates "supposed to be" in my phone.
Can you help me.

Then your existing ROM is not philippian surely.
Download latest philippian ROM and flash using Odin
Read first line on my signature 'N7100 All in one' you will get all the info in OP.

go to settings> go to down and select about phone> software update> update

My Ace 2 is stuck on the "Samsung Galaxy Ace 2" . The Problem was started when I was flashing my ace 2 to Jellybean 4.1, I have problems with like lagging, crashing etc etc now I want to back to Gingerbread or return to stock for short but when I try to flash it. Odin says "Pass" but the phone is stuck on the splash. I can go to Download mode but I can't go to Recovery mode to clear the cache and some resetting. I live in the Philippines incase that you will link me an official gingerbread rom for the galaxy ace 2.
Did you use search option or try reading before starting new thread?

LOL. flash XXLK6 then go to download mode again, flash Philippine software. worked for me.

I'm not sure why it would say that, but the firmware in this thread is the same build, MDL, as the update. If you flashed it you are updated.

Atmazzz have you been able to flash this and see if flashing OUDHS Recovery or TWRP Recovery works with ODIN?
I don't know why it wouldn't but someone to verify it would be nice. haha

Not yet. I downloaded the firmware this morning and then had to go to work. It will be about 2 more hours and then I'll install it and Odin TWRP to see if I can get it to root.
This is stock unmodified firmware - use ODIN , not some modifed recovery

Not at all. You can flash the previous firmware and ROM's built upon it with no problem. As well you can still flash Cyanogenmod.

OTA and Kies tells that I have the latest version installed.

reboot on download mode and tell us what is written there.
or follow this guide and update with kies

if it didnt work, my only way is with odin
is it safe to flash another 4.3 firmware than my product code (region) without facing imei/connectivity issues like sometimes happen with an s4?

flash with odin a stock official firmware 4.3 (that you want) and is safe
Hello,
I have now a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 ( SHV-250S) model, I have rooted the phone because it was stuck on Samsung logo boot screen.
Now I have fixed that problem with the firmware of Note 2 and it is working.
But now is my problem that I can't use my sim card, it doesn't recognize my sim card ?
it can't find any network providers.
I hope you guys can help me.

Flashing correct firmware should not screw up with your IMEI. Find a 4.4.2 stock ROM for your mobile. It should be able to get ur IMEI. Kindly find a correct firmware.

I'm now trying flash a another firmware E250SKSUKNE6, I hope this wil solve my problem.
I have installed the new firmware but I have still the same problem. What can I do please help ?

If you flash your stock kernel,modem and recovery via TWRP your sim card will work again.
i searched the forum high ond low and found all 3 zips, flashed them and im back on line. also dont forget to breathe as it cant get any worse

Dis regard all those files!!!!!!!!
You need to find those same exact files for YOUR MODEL DEVICE.
then you need to flash all those files to get your sim card working in your phone.
