Just coming over from Galaxy Note 2 GT N7105 LTE section, hoping some of the roms from here will work on my Note 2.
It's practically dead over there.
Would appreciate if anyone could confirm which roms are compatible for UK Note 2 GT N7105?

Nunhuggers roms are always good I like his teams work along with scotts two great devs

Cleanrom and cm10.1 are my two so far. Cm10.1 is already at a daily driver point imo. CleanROM is basically all you could want in a tw rom.

I am running the rom in the first link already. I also saw the thread about how to port n7100 roms but found it very risky.
I just asked maybe someone knows a quick way to flash 4.1.2.

I'm looking to see if there is a rom that utilizes the note 2 capabilities? Like I noticed when switching to cyanogenmod I lost a lot of the little things the note 2 can do.

Have you looked in the development forums? There are plenty of TW roms that keep the functions/features that I guess you are referring to.

There are lots of different roms you can try. I recommend trying them all to find out which one works for you.

Searching does wonders. You should try it sometime. Any tw rom will do exactly what you are looking for

I could be wrong on this, but I believe the 4.2.2 roms are AOSP based.. Hence no TW.. You'll need a 4.1.1 TW based rom for Note 2 features...
As in: Note 2 camera/gallery.. It's a touchwiz feature therefore needs a TW rom to run it..
If I'm wrong please someone let me know.. As I'd love to run 4.2.2 with note 2 features!

Have I got this right?
Can I flash any custom Rom from any of the note 2 variants and flash devil or AGNi kernels just to gain Wi-Fi back. I know I can with at&t TW roms using Note Air Note 3 version at the moment.
What about aosp roms from other variants? Will they work in same way?

You can't flash a n7100 rom on a n7105 or you will lose baseband. A lot of American variants will work though

Thanks yeah I figured that out about n7100 too bad lot of roms in that area. Ppl tried figuring out ways to get n7100 roms without loosing base bands?

There is a guide for porting roms somewhere but I haven't tried it. I'm running ditto note from at&t thread with no issues and a few people are using sky note from the same thread. There is a shortage in twizz roms for the n7105

Yeah am using the other Note Air with Note 3 features. Am not really a Twizz fan really but must admit they are good compared to s3. So aosp roms should work also?
