App management / disable ?
Remove the apk from system/app?
Not sure what you mean by disable.

I would love to help you, but help yourself first: ask a better question

The same could be said for your 2 posts in here thus far.
Until the OP offers more details, he/she has some working options from which to choose.

I'm not interested in getting rid of the s-note options. I asked a simple question.

It you're not interested in getting rid of the s-not, why are you in a thread that inquires about getting rid of the feature? Your question is irrelevant as the s-note feature is just ONE OF MANY features that people get this phone for. I can't answer the op since we need more details regarding what his true intention is.

My question isn't irrelevant. Maybe he knows something I don't know. Maybe I can learn something new.

I was having a problem with s- note with the rom that I was running, found a replacement app that worked, but since then I've changed roms and s- note is working fine now.

You need to install Adblock Plus from adblockplus.org/en/android-install
It's the "hosts" file in /system/etc
raduque is correct in the location, but keep in mind if you reinstall make sure to uncheck ad blocking in aroma else it'll be right back where it was.
Apperently add blockers are getting taken off the market for the time being

plus 1 on that. I have been using it for a while now.
Cant post in the thread, figured I'd ask it here
How come there is no option top pick browsers in aroma installer?
2nd question is it worth going to 4.2.2? how stable is it for a daily driver... how easy is it to revert back to stock?
Don't post questions in General. If you don't know what you are doing I suggest reading more.
Maybe cus you can just download then from the play store? And 4.2.2 is plenty stable, that's what I run and have been for awhile. But you lose all touch wiz fewtures, which I never used anyway.

Your whole file system will be screwed up in my opinion.
The only way I found out how to fix it was to do a full and complete factory reset.
Just my two cents

If you restored Facebook from an app backup service. You will need to uninstall it and re Download it from the play store.
Current Devices: At&t Samsung Galaxy Note, Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Asus Google Nexus 7 Super Tablet
Current Roms: CleanROM Ace 7 (Note 2), AOKP (Galaxy Nexus), Nexus 7 Stock
Before i used CleanROM from 3.5 to 4.6.1 and always restore my backup apps and no problems.
I trie re download fb.

Stop what updates?
It prompts you if you'd like to auto update you could have hit yes?
Go into settings and uncheck auto update?

I liked the old play store better because you could see more apps at a time. Tried to uninstall updates but it just reverts back to the new one really fast.

I am a noob when it comes down to rooting and mods and all that good stuff. I was wondering if there is a way to get stock Android on the Note II. I have a Nexus 7 and I love that version of Android and I would love to have it on my phone. I would definitely appreciate any help on this matter. Thanks everyone!
Look in the dev section it's not "stock " but you got pa aopk cm

There's a lot of AOSP ROMs out there for the Note 2. But if you install it you will not have touchwiz features.
