CM10.1 Pixelization on Boot - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

When my phone first boots from CM10.1 and the boot animation is about to disappear, I see distortion and pixelization occur until my phone home is up for like 3 seconds. What's up with this?

kernel color settings. you probably changed it with an app. after boot, app starts and change your color settings, thats what it is.

One of these 3:
SlimKat
OmniRom 4.4
CyanogenMod 11
None of them seem to have any menu options relating to turning off the backlight.

They do work to turn off the keylights. However, it also causes the screen brightness to be stuck at maximum. If I use the volume buttons, the system brightness changes (the bar goes up and down) but the screen itself doesn't change its brightness. It also disables the notification light. Maybe you only need to change some values of the file instead of deleting it?

I don't know how to edit that file. Looks like we'll have to wait until there is a menu option to turn them off

Slow fingerprint?

Does anyone else have a slow fingerprint sensor? It's actually blazing fast, but the display takes an extra half a second to light up... From the lockscreen, I feel all the speed, but when it's completely of, it's slow...The sensor registers my fingerprint quickly (I felt the vibration), but then the display takes some time after...
I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. It seems to follow me on any ROM I go...
Thanks!
I haven't really seen it as a problem, but yes, the screen seems to take an extra half second to light up. Running RR.
Yes, I felt it since installed Beta 12

FIX!
This is a common bug in OOS. Use OnePlus stock launcher to set a lockscreen wallpaper. The issue occurs when you set a lockscreen wallpaper from a 3rd party app.

I do set the lock screen wallpaper from Gallery, by selecting the wallpaper, then "Set As" --> "Lock Screen" --> "Apply"
Is that what you mean?

if it didn't work, Try long pressing on homescreen and set lockscreen wallpaper from there.

Is there a fix when not running OOS as well? Or is this bug only for OOS?

It occurs only in OOS. LOS rom delay is due to animations. Turnoff animations and you'll see it unlocks just like in OOS

That's good and all, but I like to keep animations one... To bad there is no workaround.

I need help

I use this ROM
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s5/general/android-9-0-pie-galaxy-s5-t3831240
I changed something called "Screen dimming" in the settings (or blackout, I don't exctly know I use diffrent language on my phone) after that screen became completely black. It turns on for a short period of time after restarting the phone. How can I disable this setting? Is there a way to reset settings from PC without deleting data?

Remove antimation option in adnroid. Before it was only in developer options animation speed 1-0.5 etc
I have the same problem. It is most annoying with swipe down animation from the top of the screen
I don't get the problem y'all are having. Help me understand!
Can you record what's happening and post it?
I think what he wants is to disable all animation. He has tried disabling it in the Developer option and in the Accessibility option but he still has animations.
I think this is either bug or something Oneplus missed because I have the same problem. I still have animations for certain actions even when I have disabled it all.

I'm attaching recording but isn't showing for some reason
When u disable animations over aimation button or dev settings they work. For a half hour or a hour. Im noticing that if u lock and unlock phone many times abimations start to reappear faster. So disabling work for some times then animations return. And button to disable animation is still on ON
