I find it hard to believe at&t would be the first carrier that has the s3 to release multiview.

Yea they have false info. Follow android police instead. It did roll out as an ota update around that time but has no multi view. It is in fact the same exact version that was released via kies around December 3rd.

There was a link to like Samsung USA to download the Samsung version of it. I'm willing to guess that the update should be there... now if I could only find that link again...

That is just the LH9 OTA. There are a bunch of threads about it.

The latest RDF (From this thread) does show LS970ZV9 as the latest version. But it is still ICS. Maybe more bug fixes/tweaks?

When the update came there were no words on the screen just my homescreen wallpaper and it said update with the spinning loading circle, then it said software update complete.
