The data in the screen shot only measures what the phone personally uses. Not what network measures. The phone should read close to what your network says but not exactly if you asset the right billing period day at the right time.

i think you recently changed your data plan this billing cycle, which resets the amount of data used but your phone doesn't account for that.

I personally would not worry about right at the moment. If you have your phone set to cap you or warn you, it will be okay. Sometimes AT&T is behind on posting correct data (typically their measurement is greater than my phone).

Sprint no longer showing 4g data usage on their page??

I use this a lot and as of recently now I'm only getting a reading for 3g. That suxx.. Can it be because of the LTE changes that's about to happen soon? None of my 4g phones are showing 4g data use

Still shows on my account
Oh ok. Idk why mine is not showing. I tried looking at it yesterday and nothing. Come to check again and still nothing.

That is strange because mine is still showing 4G I suggest going to the nearest office and asking what is going on, or chatting with a rep and find out that way.
Hope you figure it out
It finally came up. I guess the system was updating since my new cycle had just begun. It showed everything fine but my 4g usage was missing for two days. Thanks for the feedback guys

This is a known issue with Samsung's US Galaxy S3 firmwares. From what I understand (I could be wrong) this is just a reporting error where it appears that cell standby took up 10 times more battery than it actually did. I do not believe this is anything to worry about. Some custom ROMs claim to have fixed this, so you can flash those if this bothers you.
There is a way to fix this without using a custom rom. The value set in cell stand by is set to 34 instead of 3.4 Or something like that so It's reporting 10x more battery usage. Just google galaxy s3 standby fix and that'll fix it for ya!

It looks like you are running stock software. It's possible it could be the CarrierIQ software. Do a Goog search on that if you aren't sure of what that is.
How do you get the wifi tab in data usage? Mine only shows the mobile data... Do I have to have wifi enabled in order to show that wifi data usage tab?

Straight talk LTE

Started talking about this in another thread.
As of this afternoon my gs3 on straight talk with AT&T sim has gotten LTE. No clue why. I was having trouble with mms and talked to straight talk CS yesterday and he mentioned my account had some discrepancies between the front end and back end of the network and they would work on it. Today, boom LTE.

When I awoke this morning of Friday the 13th, the unluckiest of days, I discovered my precious LTE has run it's course. I did all of could to resuscitate it but failed in all attempts. So here's to you LTE, I hardly knew ye.

3G not working

I have a T Mobile Galaxy Note 2 SGH-T889 and I live in Pakistan. I use a network service here called Ufone. It's frequency band is 2100MHZ.

My phone is compatible but even after inserting the correct APN settings, 3G doesn't work on my phone, only 2G does. A computer guy said he'll install something, it'll take about 15-20 minutes and it'll be all good then but he asked me to come next week. I can't wait a whole week :/ there's no hardware issue though.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks,

You need to get the phone unlocked.
I got it unlocked a long time ago.
