I want to download games from other countries for example this one 太鼓の達人AR妖怪バトル but it just won't let me get it... Is there any way that I can enable my phone to get apps from other country markets? (It's rooted and locked bootloader)

Hi everyone please help me to make my phone work again
i got my Samsung note 2 N7108 from china and it has a restriction to download apps and it doesnt have play store,
so i thought i can flash it with Samsung N7105 stock firmware,
everything went smooth but at the end it got stuck at flashing modem "radio" and it failed.Tried with many other stock firmware still failed.
I have tired to search for N7108 firmware but couldn't find it anywhere.
Please can someone tell me what should i do ?

hello to all, does anyone know how to put european android on note 2 n7108 (chinese model)
No help here? Got a N7108 as a gift from chinese business partner, but it's mostly useless when all google apps are banned, and you cant get your own language(even with morelocale2)

Rooted n7100 brought from Korea, and currently using in Madagascar now. (w/ Madagascar sim card)
Tried to access Korean, US, any other stores but mine got locked.
MarketEnabler, Market Unlocker Pro, Hotspot Shield VPN didn't work.
I rooted yesterday only to access Korean play store but still I can't and want to know why, need to know how!!!

I want to use the Russian version of google play store.
I tried using vpn and market unlocker 3.5.1, with no avail.
Please advise on a possible way to do it.
Im on 4.4.4 rooted version.
