Welcome to my Wickid world of tricked up freshness.
This is my first attempt at theming anything that wasn't gonna be just for myself (so constructive criticism is welcomed and appreciated greatly)
So without further a do let's drop this Wickid World on ya!
I present to you (all done on my phone till I get my computer back) My Murdered out keyboard.....
Basic asop keyboard murdered out (I'm a darkness kinda person so dark to me is fresh) its just in apk form right now future work will be made in to flashable zip form so installation instructions.....
Pre-rom flash---
extract ROM
remove keyboard
replace with this one (based off of stock just themed so shouldn't cause problems.)
Zip
Flash
Installing via use of file explorer w/ root---
go to system/app,
mount r/w
delete old keyboard,
reboot,
move apk to system/app paste apk
change permissions and reboot.....

The violet color of those buttons keeps me from keeping it. It would be awesome if that color was available in others as well (red - orange etc). Nevertheless, a great looking theme!
also, why didn't you did this on stock 4.2 keyboard?

For right now this is the actual keyboard (not 4.2) its self I am creating these on my phone till i get my computer back so there is no flashing involved(Install instructions in op). I have just decompiled the apk itself and altered it to look like this.
I have got the 4.2 keyboard w/swipe now and am gonna look/get to work on it since it has been brought up and i had already figured it would be more popular... I am also looking in to other apps to....

why don't you replace with the ones you already resized for 4.1 keyboard? It's basically same keyboard, but with swipe feature.

Cause they r different sized I looked in to doing that (and actually did but when I installed it it just kept force closing) but the images are different sized (all of them) unless we r talking about different key boards

tried to install this last night. are you sure you uploaded the themed one? all i can see is the stock one, after the installation.

definitely love the fingerprint on this and the other theme, but this one i think i like a little more so far.
Looking good. Only suggestion would be to make the color scheme more universal. A black/red Browser icon, but a silver/blue email icon, a white/blue calendar icon, etc. I'm just nit-picky about those kinda things. Just my 2 cents ;p

...i kno u are probably thinkin here goes another guy asking tha same ****.... haha im making themes myself and just thought id shed a compliment your way....

2 things... when editing the status bar and the menu button, where are they located? is it a framework file or a app file

its either in the launcher.apk
or its in the framework.apk(most likely its in this apk)

yes you will, it doesnt matter what wallpaper is used, the wallpaper is just used to create the look and feel of the theme... but you can use your own
icons stick untill u hard reset, wipe, or install a new theme

The boot screen is awsome ...
Just would like to suggest you to include some more stuff in the next release :
I think this theme is much polished so a little bit polishing by adding
1. some different unlock pattern pics/icons means to change those stock white pattern dots with custom designed ones.
2. the dialer icon seems to be like some simple mobile instead of that try adding numbers/the dialpad pic, etc
3. the dialer numbers in the round back of them : U can also try changing them with custom designs.
I hope u may think of these things I said these as i dont currently make themes but as a normal user wana encourage u doing this hard stuff...

im really glad u guys like my theme..
i like this theme alot. one suggestion though, atleast change the dialer icon. other than that i have no complaints. also, see about making a version that includes the auto rotate browser.

Introduction
I've had this theme ported for little over a month now and wasn't planning on posting it to the public as I wanted to use it for personal use and didn't know people liked or wanted this. I got a few PM's in the past few days asking me to port this theme and I thought I'd share it with you. I've PM'ed thachosenone for permission but he's either on Holiday or inactive. Either way, if he posts here saying he wants it taken down, I will, simple as. This took me a week to port over as the XML's involved were pretty complex. This will work on ALL TW ROM's thanks to JRSoft's Universal Theme and Dully for pointing me there and Esk for been awesome! Screenshots and stuff are below.
P.S. This will be my last port for a while as I'm now in Check's Dev Crew and making a theme for his ROM. Please don't PM me with requests because it's more than likely it won't be done. Enjoy people

I tried your black theme and had a problem with the message app
It disappears from the launch dock near the phone and contact icons and appears in the last page of the application menu
I wanted to report it in its thread but the thread is closed
have you or anyone had this problem?

Right, it seems like thachosenone (Guy who made the theme originally) doesn't want this theme porting to another device. Which means this thread will be deleted soon. It's a shame, took me a while to figure this out. Sorry guys, it's not my fault. I've passed this onto the Mods to delete

If you dont like the background used you can easily replace it by opening up the zip and navigating to:
* \system\app\Contacts.apk\res\drawable-nodpi\ and replace background_dial_holo_dark.png (512x512).

Thanks, it's a Bastard child of a number of different themes and things, everything below the status bar is from the contacts.apk.

The boxes are confined to the original sizes so any bigger might cause problems.

Its bug with the site. All attacthments are downloading 554kb regardless of the size.

I've added a smoked glass version to the 1st post. Its set at 30% black, if you would like it more transparent let me know.
It's not so much the fact that people leech, it's that they contribute nothing to the forum.
XDA should set it up so you can only view links and stuff by posting into the thread or hitting thanks like alot of other sites, it might encourage people to be more involved.......
.....and when that happens Liz Hurley will come knocking on my door accompanied by a Leprechaun riding a Pegasus holding a bucket of gold, (the leprechaun not the pegasus, horses dont have hands!!)

You mean are they multi dpi?
I have no idea as I don't use different dpi's but I'd guess no as I've only modified the hdpi images.
24 hours on, countless downloads, and no one is willing to spend a couple of minutes to post a screen shot in return for the hours I spent creating the theme??

It's ok mate, there were many downloads other than you who could have posted a screen.
It doesn't matter now anyway as I've had enough of the leeches around here and locked all my links. I'm going to go down a different road from xda.
By the way I think I'm going to give your rom a try, you seem to have the same principles as me regarding donations and such.

ive themed the notification row, statusbar, and header.. check screenshots below..
it should be easy to work further on this, as the xml's are premade for you, so its only the pngs (mostly), that needs some more editing..
remember to backup before trying!
especially those edited: SystemUI.apk, framework-res.apk and lidroid-res.apk
i hope anyone will find this useful, and a little "Thanks" is very appreaciated

Made the 15toggle mod and the clear button.. But will have to re-create the 15 buttons, as i just quickly edited them. So will make them from scratch instead so they will get a smoother look.

@shenery, im not sure i want to do that, as its quite time-consuming to theme, and keep it updated with newest omega rom release.. but maybe in the future, wont promise anything...

I will for sure. Can I give some suggestions on what file will be nice to change too so that theme will be even more closer to what you already done? There are a few places which will be nice to have this combination of colors and now they are too dark - black.

now i have themed 1% battery..

updated it a bit further.. the signal 4bars, and silent+vibrate is themed now..

and now wifi icon is themed aswell..

So, I was finally able to flash and play with this. Been looking around all morning. No bugs or glitches! I only found one small themed part that was missed.
Because of the framework background being black on the top 1/2 of the screen, black letters won't show up. In the settings of messaging app is the only place I found this. Everywhere else it's white or gray. So, it's not a big deal. But if/when you put out a new rev, it's something you can change. I don't think that it warrants a new release just fot this. But that's just my opinion.

Your one of the reasons I started theming bro so I can't wait to see what you got in store.. If you need to use my base by all means there's no reason to invert everything from scratch. Ya I did notice this as well... I will have to recompile and see or shall I say search for what xml I missed and fix it. Pain in the ass! But needs to be done. I hate the settings text in MMS it's always been a issue with me to find! Lol.
Getting ready to release the final version of this theme gonna be called "END OF DAYS." It's gonna be a lot of work to bring it to this variant because most of the changes are xml so before I do I thought I'd throw this out there and see if there is any interest in it on your guys variant and if there is I will bring it over.

Well I have actually updated this one but only for the tmobile variant but give me a few days and I'll push out a update with some more themed apks. What did you have in mind? Let me know and I'll find time to get it done. I'm glad that you like it tho!

Maybe I worded that a little wrong. I just meant themed for the app icons. You have a few of the main app icons themed. I am sure it is a lot of work. Maybe I should just look on the play store for icon packs that are similar.
One thing that would definitely be nice is if you could theme the toggles to match. I downloaded something that kind of works/matches, but its still not the same.
I have been messing around with 5 different roms and various things for this verizon phone. gave my t-mobile note 3 to my son. Been busy so I have not checked everything out with your theme.
I am really happy with how you themed the messenger and phone, Its awesome:good:
I honestly do not use a lot of apps. Mainly: phone, messaging, internet, calculator. Main concern was icons, sorry for any confusion.
A themed calculator would be sweet now that I think of it, but not an issue.
I think themed toggles and icon pack is mainly what I am currently after. Definitely appreciate you responding back. Keep up the great work!!!
