I have little with this phone Clone S3 and I have no idea of knowing as is rootea (if possible) and others
addition I had problems with Google Play, I got in touch with the Chinese and they sent me a file to install it and the truth is that it worked and is luxury, but they don't tell me nothing's to rooting, also I've noticed that if pulse the keys to enter the bootloader in this do not go the puppets as in the Desire, exits a menu that puts:

Ultimately I have could root the phone, but when I want to enter the bootloader the android appears with a sign of exclamation. Is it possible to install the bootloader to him?

The clone S3 is using a lower Android version but they edit the Android version

I'm not sure if you can root the clone S3 but keep up to date with the factory ROM as it'll improve the interface and performance

Hoi en welkom ;-)
I guess you just have to be patient. The update is rolled out in batches. Not all at once. Or you can flash it yourself. There are a lot of threads here on how to do that.

No one has reported getting the 4.0.4 update on any non-yaju build (except one user on yakjuux).

All the files come directly from Google, not hosted by someone else.

So unless Google or you do something to them, no one else surely would have.
And besides, the 4.0.4 update is not available yet for yakjuxw (the OP's build), only the full image.

I agree you will have to flash or wait. I finally forced the update the same way I did on the Xoom.

Locking your bootloader makes no difference whatsoever.

I could also say that I flashed back to stock, stood up from my chair, did a pirouette, sat down, clicked update, and bam, I got the OTA notification... LOL!

Hang on, what does it say in About Phone for baseband and kernel? A screenshot would be great. If it's really a new version the Chinese have whipped up you should flash it out before you replace it.

now when i get in my car, bluetooth no more works...
the phone is not rooted, and im not good in rooting/hacking it, love this phone as it is.

Hi, I have a generic tablet that I have been trying to flash but can seem to find how.
Here is the tablet info :
Model number: mid
Android version: 4.0.3
Kernel version: 3.0.8 [email protected] #2
Build number: 20120529-LY-F1.0.6.5
The device has root. Confirmed using root checker .
Does anyone know how to flash a custom rom onto this? So long as its quick and has google market I dont mind which. Cyanogen mod preferred but suggestions very welcome.

This one exsists but ONLY usable on device with Android 8.1.0 out of box
Friend of mine just bought a Tab S from china and find out that it has no gapps on it just some custom stuff,
is there any solution to that?

since they are not allowed to use youtube nor facebook and the list goes on...
Even when we installed the playstore via APK it crashes instantly. Should I try Custom Roms?
You can try to install Gapps for kitkat 4.4.2 from https://goo.im/devs/paranoidandroid/roms/gapps/ this will install the standard google apps including playstore.
